BACKYARD - Your backyard oasis includes a private pool, a large covered patio, another open patio adjoining the pool, plenty of seating and table space, a natural gas barbeque, and even your own lemon tree.

BEAUTIFUL HOME - This spacious 1750 sq. ft. single-level home includes all new furnishings and has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 10' ceilings throughout. The oversize master suite overlooks the pool and features a King bed, 32' flat-screen TV (with cable), a garden door to the covered patio, and an ensuite with soaker tub, separate shower, large walk-in closet, and double sink vanity. The 2nd bedroom comes with a Queen bed and is located just across the hall from the 2nd bathroom which also has a double sink vanity and bathtub/shower combo. Located between these rooms, the 3rd bedroom has full-size bunk beds. All rooms feature ceiling fans.

In the evenings relax in the great room that features an oversized sectional couch arrangement with plenty of seating space, a 50' plasma HDTV, blue-ray/DVD player, remote controlled ceiling fan, and natural gas fireplace. The dining area includes a large solid wood table with seating for 10 and opens out to the covered patio.

The full sized, fully equipped kitchen boasts all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, stone backsplash, pantry, and an eat-in breakfast nook.

Park your cars out of the heat in the attached double garage complete with automatic door opener and remote.

COMMUNITY - When you venture out of your home you can enjoy the many amenities of the award winning Power Ranch community. Just steps from your front door are 26 miles of walking/biking trails along the greenbelts that link the neighbourhood parks. Fun in the sun!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Gilbert. The house was great and location was very convienent. Short walk to the community center/pool. Easy drives to Mesa, Scottsdale, etc. Well equipped with everything including pool toys. Our grand children came down for a week and even though the private pool was not heated they still enjoyed swimming in it. There was even a blow up bed that our grand daughter used. There was also a large natural gas grill on the patio that worked well for bbqs. The icing on the cake was the lemon tree out back from which we brought home a few lemons.

We were very comfortable.

We were so happy to be close to shopping and services. Power Ranch area was friendly and the many walks we took were very enjoyable. We are only saddened that we are unable to rent it again next year as it is already rented for the time we would like to be there. Thanks.

The overall space was ok. The backyard very nice. However the interior of the home, though very clean, needs some repair. The blinds on the Patio door fell off every time they were opened; the sofa looks fine till u sit in it and sink all the way down, the master bedroom mattress is concave. On a positive note, the Homeowners seem lovely and very accommodating. And if u like lemons there is a lemon tree in the back with plenty of fruit.

Owner's Response: We're so sorry that the firmness of the Master Suite mattress wasn't to your personal taste; we have gone with a softer pillow top there by design and many of our guests have made a point in telling us how comfortable they find our beds (including the review from the guest immediately prior to your stay). We wish you had let us know that the patio blind came loose during your stay, a quick phone call and it would have been fixed immediately. It must have been frustrating while you were there, but thanks for letting us know in your review as it has now been repaired for the next guests. Thanks again for choosing our home for your trip to Phoenix, we do hope that you enjoyed the complimentary night's stay when you arrived early, and the late check out.

Wonderful Home

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and appearance of the home. They even had a Christmas tree set up which was very nice as we were there for the holidays. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We were there for a week and would rent this house again on a return trip to Gilbert. Property Manager was very helpful. Thank you

Beautiful stay in Power Ranch

We stayed in this house for three months during summer season and we enjoyed with a spectacular memories. The location of the house is very good. The area is safe, you can walk to the lake area with a short distance. You can drive to the shopping malls within minutes. The equipments and the furnitures of the house can serve all your needs.

The host is reachable anytime if you need anything. The maintenance of the pool and the garden are doing periodically.

We felt as stay in our real home. I strongly recommend stay in this house for anyone.

Perfect area for families in Gilber / Queen Creek area

The neighborhood was super quiet and had beautiful parks and you are a quarter mile walk to the clubhouse pool, splash pad, covered park, and fishing lake. That you have access to with this house.

The house was well stocked with more than any other VRBO I have stayed in the past which makes it feel like home. My 7 and 4 year old loved the huge bunk beds and my infant twins had their own room which had a pack and play as well.

Such a reasonable rate and a wonderful stay you can't go wrong here!
