A superb 2 bedroomed holiday apartment with sensational 180 degree ocean views and miles and miles of beach on your doorstep and just a very short stroll to Perth's most famous beachside pubs, cafes and restaurants.

Tastefully presented and fully equipped to ensure a thoroughly relaxing and comfortable stay on Perth's Sunset Coast -surfing, swimming, kite surfing, fishing, boating, golfing etc - it's all here, with a sunset every night too!

Extensive ocean views available from both bedrooms and the open plan living room and kitchen. Garage included with remote control door.

Ths is a " no smoking " apartment .

Free w-fi.

The building has just had a massive external facelift which has transformed it.

PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS CURRENTLY CONSTRUCTION ON EITHER SIDE OF THE BUILDING. ONE SITE IS ALMOST FINISHED ( as at 5/4/17) AND THE OTHER HAS A WAY TO GO.

UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE ALL THE TARIFFS FOR ALL BOOKINGS WITHIN THE NEXT 6 MONTHS HAVE ALREADY BEEN DISCOUNTED BY 25 per cent ( FROM 1/4/17 TO 30/9/2017)

Minimum booking 5 nights.

Please note we are not always able to offer changeovers on Sundays and public holidays.
