Conveniently located in the centre of the Sydney Region- close to Parramatta CBD and shopping, Granville cafes restaurants and shopping, Westmead Hospital and Homebush Bay Olympic site. Fully self-catering furnished 75 square metre apartments with private balcony and panoramic views from the 9th and 10th floors. Aparments have lounge + dining + 2 bedrooms + bathroom with bath + full size kitchen/fully self catering + balcony + washing machine. 150 metres to Granville Train Station which is on the main line between Sydney CBD and Parramatta CBD. Complimentary secure undercover car parking.

Situated 1.5 km south of Parrmatta CBD. Walk to shops, cafes and restaurants in the eclectic Granville area.

2 Week minimum stays and longer stays welcome.

Parramatta View Furnished Apartments provide quality apartment accommodation at reasonable prices for the area, in an older style building in an older style suburb.

Cleaning & housekeeping on exit and available as required.

Enjoy all the comforts of home with light and airy 1 or 2 bedroom apartments. (Max 4 guests). Self-catering in fully equipped large kitchens with miele dishwasher, miele fan-forced oven, microwave and fridge-freezer. Internal laundry facilities include washing machine. iron and ironing board. All apartments have bath (spa bath in luxury view apartments). Living areas furnished with 105cm TV/ DVD/ stereo with CD. All apartments are Daikin reverse cycle air conditioned. A lift can take you from the undercover car parking area to your floor, no steps. Internet Services are not provided free. Wifi is available with Telstra.

Reservations at Parramatta View Furnished Apartments.

TERMS and CONDITIONS: Parramatta View Furnished Apartments self-catering furnished accommodation. .

Deposit is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Rental payments ongoing are in advance of stay. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking.

Cancellation by client more than 90 days before booking date: full refund.

Deposit/payments may be non-refundable if less than 90 days before.

Number of Guests/visitors should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Each extra guest ~$200/week. A total maximum of 4 guests allowed.

No smoking is allowable in the apartment. Additional cleaning and deodorizing charges will be imposed if guests are found to be smoking at the premises.

The house is only for the use of guests on the booking. Large Parties, Functions, Engagements, Schoolies, Weddings and Receptions are strictly prohibited. The apartment is for domestic use only. Accordingly large parties/functions/weddings/receptions are illegal and an annoyance to neighbours etc. Breach may result in loss of your bond and additional payments and council fines.

Any damage, breakages, theft and loss identified during the stay or on check-out are the guest’s responsibility this includes anything obstructive or damaging put down the sinks, toilets or drain holes; also guest’s must ensure that nothing is done during the stay that may prejudice any insurance policy or warranty or increase the premium payable under any insurance policy held by the owner. Charges may be imposed for costs, repair or replacement of any such items.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10 am to allow time to prepare property for next guests. All keys and car-park security gate remote control are to be left on the table in the apartment on check-out. Please ensure the apartment is locked as you leave.

All rubbish and garbage needs to removed from the apartment by disposing it in the garbage chute located in the share laundry located on each floor next to the lifts. Additional charges will apply if excess rubbish is not removed.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

Included: Beds required made up with fitted and flat sheets, pillows and slips/covers, bath towels, blankets, doonas, doona covers, bath mats, kitchen towels and detergents: these are all provided. Also a standard exit clean after checkout is included. Extra cleaning above the usual standard amount if required: $45/hour. All beds used must have two sheets and pillows must have slips/covers. Beach towels are not provided.

Pets are not allowed under any circumstances in or on the property.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for tenant's/guest's personal property.

Guests agree to occupy the apartment premises and use its contents at their own risk and hereby release, to the fullest extent permitted under the law, the owner and reservations manager and agents from any claims arising in connection with the apartment, the premises or surrounding grounds or contents. The guest is to indemnify the Owner and agents against any claims made by any other person or entity in relation to the booking period .

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to extreme unforeseen circumstances.

The $400 Refundable Damage Deposit/Bond will be refunded within 7 days of checkout subject to these terms and conditions being met.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner/reservations in writing.

Suited my needs to a tee. Undercover, secure parking, fully equiped apartment, didnt really want for anything. Contact with Marcelle was 10/10. The only negative was to noise from the train line at night, the first couple were quite restless.

10th floor of an awful high rise block in Granville - not 'Paramatta' which was a bit misleading in the ad title. The whole building is supposed to be non smoking but the corridor on our floor was stinking of smoke. The Flat is drab and uninviting, broken tiles in the bathroom, a totally unuseable balcony, rusty fittings and all furnishings are BROWN. Worst of all is the close vicinity to the railway line and the noise of freight trains which run regularly through the night. Totally unsuitable for kids with no safe access to fresh air. We tried to cancel the second week of our booking with both Stayz and the apartment manager and neither were cooperative so we were stuck for two weeks in this terrible place. NEVER AGAIN!

Owner's Response: Kirsten 4 guests are from UK not Australia - Lie #1. High rise is solid older style and not awful - lie #2. We are in Parramatta Shire. Yes non smoking is Council regulation. Apartments have modern décor and 4 star quality and comfort and location and are not 'drab' - lies #3,4,5. Check the photos and confirm for yourself. No broken tiles no rusty fittings - lies #6,7. Balcony is as per floorplan, ~3mx1m and certainly usable - lie # 8. RailStation is 100metres away, actually fairly whisper quiet daytime and nighttime, so not noisy - lie #9. High windows do open safer for children plus Daikin airconditioner - so much for lie #10. Our apartments are on the 9th and 10th floors hence the great views. This guest would not move to 5 star apartments nearby that were twice the price. We wanted Kirsten's 4 guests to move out and allow other guests waiting to book in - lie #11. Kirsten from UK was vindictive to our family owned apartment business because 5 star accommodation was twice our rate: these guests have Champagne taste and a beer budget. We welcome and care about our guests but please do not expect 5 star, we are 31/2 to 4 star Australian owned apartment accommodation.

Despite the life not working x1, it was fixed in no time! However, I would definately recommend this apartment to anyone who is willing to spend more time out than in. This apartment was perfect for my partner and I. We literally spent more time out, its close to our family and friends, shopping centres, Malls, restaurants and take aways.

I was also able to notify Marcelle on a short notice, for an extension to stay on a real short notice due to a death in the family and had no issues with getting back to me asap, and for that I am so greatful!!! Definately a 10/10 for me and will definately be booking the same apartment in the future.
