A magical place!

  • 5 of 5

After spending the day sightseeing, the Lotus Eater was a perfect oasis of calm where we could digest the memories of the day sitting on the verandah with a glass of chilled wine and a meal rustled up in the apartment's excellent kitchen area. Add a couple of visits from Missy the cat (and the reassuring gaze of the Buddha through the toilet window) and you have the recipe for a magical place to stay in Adelaide. We loved every moment we stayed here!!

Suburban Retreat

  • 5 of 5

Despite not meeting her (A+ on privacy!), Angela was the perfect host. The place was clean and neat, whilst still feeling well loved. Only moments from the CBD, the Lotus Eater felt far away from the rest of the world, surrounded by a well- kept garden in true Balinese style.

Very appealing property

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I spent 5 nights at the Lotus Eater and would happily recommend it. It's in a great location close to the city with a flat and easy walk into town. It's very private and well set up with everything you need. It's really nicely furnished with lots of colour and interesting bits and pieces from what we assumed was the owner's travels. Would be happy to return if we were in Adelaide again.

Perfect Getaway!

  • 5 of 5

I recently had the pleasure to spend some time here at The Lotus Eater. Absolutely beautiful - comfortable, convenient and has everything you could possibly need. Really feels like stepping in a little patch of Bali - just needs the beach (which by the way is not too far away and easily accessed by tram!) Thanks Angela for a wonderful stay in Adelaide - I shall return!
