Apartment Description

This two bedroom apartment sleeps up to 6 people is on the third floor with stair and lift access.

Apartment features a generous open plan kitchen, dining and living area with blacony access, split system air conditioning and heating, TV and DVD. A well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, microwave electric oven and hotplates.

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and for families there is a separate room for the children with TV, DVD and sofa bed.

Master bedroom has a queen size bed with access to balcony and second bedroom has a double bed and single bunks both bedrooms have built in robes.

Linen: All beds have doonas with covers, pillows and extra blankets. Guests are to supply their own top and bottom sheets, pillow cases and bath towels.

Linen hire is available $25 queen or double bed, $15 single bed.

For special event bookings Superbikes, Moto GP all linen is supplied and beds are made up.

Facilites

Split system air conditioning and heating, electric oven and hotplates,Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, crockery etc, iron and iron board, TV, DVD, clock radio, portacot available,reserved car park, non smoking indoors.

Enjoyed our stay. Very tidy and comfortable apartment.

Perfect location, across the road from the park and beach.

Kids loved it as well, had their own lounge room.

Great apartment with 2 bedrooms

The apartment was great as it had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living areas. This is what sets this apartment above the rest in this complex, and all the basic things you need for a comfortable stay. The only thing missing in the kitchen was a masher (but I just brought one from Coles), and a few more non perishables would have been good.

The stove top was a bit dirty, but I cleaned this up after I used it. The bathroom floors were not clean when we arrived, but a quick sweep is all it took.

Overall it was a great apartment and I would recommend it for families with kids.

Owner's Response: Thank you I'm happy you enjoyed your stay and found the apartment comfortable. I did the clean myself and I am surprised you found the bathroom floor dirty as it was definitely washed and vacuumed. The stove is old and has scorch marks unfortunately I can't get them off and the masher I had a black one which I found it in the cupboard with the containers but thank you for thinking to replace it I appreciate it. I'm not really sure what you mean by leaving a few more non perishables as I do leave coffee, tea, sugar, long life milk, pepper, salt, glad wrap, aluminium foil, paper towels and napkins. Your feedback means a lot to me because if there is a problem or room for improvement I will do my best to fix it, thank you.

A bit tired

Having stayed at this property 12 months ago, we were quite disappointed this time as it has become very "tired". One of the Doona covers was not clean, crumbs were left on the bench, underwear left in the wardrobe and the stovetop impossible to use as all markings worn off. It is time for a bit of renovation.

Owner's Response: I am getting the apartment re painted and up dated the painting is starting Monday 3rd October new photos will be listed on Stayz when completed. I apologise for the crumbs as well underwear that was left in the wardrobe my cleaner must of overlooked them but he did manage to find your daughters top & leggings under the bed as well as a DVD that was left in the DVD player which I am posting to you. I will check again the doona as I was there myself changing mattress protectors & I must of overlooked it also I do appoligise. The stovtop the markings have worn off its pretty easy to use five knobs one for each hot plate & one for the oven the instructions are there if it was too complicated to use but I won't be relaxing the stove because the writing has worn off. I appreciate feedback & I do my very best to keep my accommodation up to standard thank you.

great location

we loved the location, 3rd story a hike with luggage however. Beds really cheap camping style ones and we had to clean the balcony before we enjoyed the views - owner very lovely but just needs to keep an eye on the details (when it was cleaned etc.) - good value for a family

Owner's Response: thanks for your feedback im sorry I can't really do much about the hike with luggage there is a lift as well as stairs. The beds I'm not sure what you mean as camping style there is a queen bed, double bed & set of bunks there were all bought from a repretable bedding store. I will definitely address the cleaning of the balcony I'm not sure how bad it was but sometimes with the windy weather you can clean it one day and it's all back the next day but I will definitely mention this to my cleaner.
