About this property

Close to the front beach and Blairgowrie village

400 metres from the Blairgowrie village and front beach. Three very large bedrooms: Comfy king bed with ensuite. 2nd bedroom with queen size bed plus one bedroom with 2 singles and a double bunk. Sleep 8 comfortably. All Bedrooms have built in robes. It has a functional kitchen with modern appliances including well stocked kitchen (herbs, spices, condiments, tea, coffee, sugar). Great coffee machine. It is ideally situated in a quiet street Large backyard and carport. Air conditioning and heater in living area. large Smart TV in lounge. We have Netflix, Amazon and Foxtel Go. There is a second TV with a PS2 and PS3 in the 3rd bedroom. It has an open plan living area with beautiful polished floor boards. Large sunny deck with BBQ. Instantaneous gas hot water, never run out. Pets are welcome but please note property is not fully fenced. The second bedroom with a queen bed is quite separate when closed off with a door giving an area with its own bathroom and toilet. This second bathroom and shower has had a complete makeover.

Beautifully presented house in great location.
Spacious and beautifully presented house that had everything we needed for our holiday. Huge bedroom for kids with a playstation and boardgames to keep them entertained. Just around the corner from cafes and the beach and a short drive to Sorrento. Definitely recommend :)

Wonderful house and location
This house was perfect for our girls getaway. The house was fantastic and the location was the best in a nice and quiet street but very close to the beach.

Winter getaway
My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights with our 3 little girls (6, 4 & 1). We had a great time. The Hot Springs were a short drive away and we spent a wonderful morning at Bridgewater Bay. The Rosebud foreshore playground was a big hit for us too. The house met our needs really well. Although there was no bath the ensuite shower was big enough for the girls to use together. The tree out the front was great for climbing and the back deck was gorgeous in the winter sun. If we booked again I would bring some children's books and toys along with us to help keep the girls out of the kitchen cupboards looking for things to play with!

Why they chose this property

The property has everything you need. It is our holiday home and we have every appliance you can possibly think of. We leave the cupboards stocked with supplies so no need to buy tea, sugar, flour, spices, mustard, sauces, etc. We are happy to share all this as we know how annoying it is to have to buy a Kilo when you want as spoonful.

What makes this property unique

In holiday time it is hard to get parking anywhere near the village. The house is an easy stroll and close to the restaurants and bars. There is also a pedestrian crossing across the busy Nepean Hwy. This is a safe and convenient way to get to the beach
