Having lived in Perth all our lives we love all the things our city & state have to offer. We have wonderful weather it doesn't matter what time of the year. We love going for walks or bike rides around the river.

Why Nicole chose Perth Central

We chose this property due to the proximity to the city without being in the city. The complex having lots of facilities which you have access to without being right on them so you have privacy. Having the extra large courtyard rather than a small balcony. The location is fantastic to be able to walk to so many places - parks, city, restaurants, pub, state theatre. With the bus stop 200m down the road public transport makes it easy to get to places further out.

What makes this apartment unique

Apartment in a secure complex. We liked that we had only 2 neighbours down the corridor so it was quite private. Having the bigger courtyard & the landing gave extra space.

Fantastic Stay

We had a enjoyable time and our stay was very comfortable in a great place with everything you need. Really convenient location close to the city and being walking distance to Northbridge restaurants is handy. Great value and we look forward to staying there again on our next visit to Perth.

Pleasantly surprised at the newly built apartment we were going to stay for the next 2 weeks. Comes with private secured parking, a pool, bbq set and very near to northbridge. (Just walking distance)The apartment itself is nice and cosy with every electrical appliance provided ready to use. (No hair-dryer however)Overall a very nice experience staying at Beaufort Central and will definitely return on our next trip!
