Set in central Byron's only no-through traffic foreshore area, this iconic holiday locale is characterised by its magical 'Old Byron' ambience, often referred to as offering "the magic of what holidaying in Byron used to be about". With stunning Belongil Beach and its renowned cafes at your door, Byron's main street boutiques, bars and restaurants are also an easy beach stroll away.

Brilliantly located opposite the beach on a quiet no-through road, tucked away down a palm-lined drive, this private two-storey villa is located in the heart of one of Byron's most sought-after beachside enclaves. Fully equipped and featuring striking décor throughout, the villa comprises 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, spacious open-plan living-dining, full-size kitchen and laundry. Outdoor features include a private courtyard, elevated sun terrace, shared pool, spa and bbq cabana in a lush private tropical garden setting.

With the beach foreshore park about 50m away, ideal for a nap on the lawn or kicking a ball, the Belongil Beach cafes offering Byron's best coffee, brekkies, lunches, dinners, woodfired pizzas, sunset cocktails and chilled grooves, are footsteps away. A local shop, gourmet take-away, yoga and surf schools, tourist activities booking centre and Belongil Spit and Estuary offering outstanding natural beauty are also on your doorstep. Those that know Byron well are passionate about this area and return time after time.

Outside your front door beyond a private courtyard, a BBQ cabana sits against a flourishing backdrop of palms beside a sparkling shared pool and spa that are securely fenced and protected from the wind - a real asset if the beach gets blown out. The beach stroll to Byron's main street takes us 12 minutes and may vary with the individual. A two storey villa with internal stairs, property may not suit some guests. Whilst the pool and spa are not heated, most guests find temperatures suitable year round with the exception of winter. As we are not a commercial resort we are unable to supply commercial wifi or infant products, however a complimentary customer wifi service is available at the cafe two doors away and infant products may be hired-delivered by Byron Bay Holiday Hire.
