About the property

Two bedroom apartment with a queen, a set of bunks and a single bed. First floor (stair access only) with eleven metres of absolute beach frontage. Small balcony. Sea views from the lounge and both bedrooms. Come and enjoy the beautiful ocean dipping sunsets that Glenelg is famous for. The apartment is fully equipped with a full kitchen and a washing machine and dryer. The bathroom has a shower over bath set-up.


The price of $225 per night is a standard rate and a rough guide. It may be cheaper in the winter months and dearer at times of high demand. Kindly send through an email inquiry with your dates for a more accurate pricing.

Low season : End of Easter school holidays to End of August.

Sun-Thurs $165 per night

Fri, Sat $185 per night

Long weekends $225 per night.

Stays of 7 nights or longer $1050 per week.

High Season : September to Easter.

$200- $295 per night depending on demand.

New Year's Eve $350 per night.

We have a minimum three night stay with the following exceptions. Easter and Clipsal 500 weekends are a minimum four night stay and from 20th December until 31st January we have a seven night minimum stay.

We also have a strict NO PARTY policy and will not accept groups in the 16-21 year old age bracket.

The apartment has free off street parking for up to two cars.

Their is no internet in the room but we do have free wi-fi available at our office reception area at 71 Broadway, Glenelg South.
