Frangipani 202 is directly opposite Catseye beach in the highly sought after "BEACHFRONT" location.

With resort facilities at your doorstep and direct access to Catseye Beach, this is the ideal option for holidaying families.

From the moment you walk through the door, you will be captivated by the stunning views.

Frangipani 202 has been re-furbished and is a well-appointed, open plan designed apartment.

It is bright and airy and has ducted air conditioning/ ceiling fans in the living area and bedrooms for total comfort.

The balcony is large and includes a 6 seater outdoor dining setting and a BBQ.

The screen sliding doors to the balcony are fitted with a "child friendly" security latch on top, well out of children's reach!!. The security mesh on the screen sliding doors is yet, another safety feature.

The kitchen is equipped with stove top, dishwasher and microwave, and includes crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils. The dining room has a trendy seven-piece dining suite.

The lounge is open and spacious with a 42" plasma TV, a DVD and stereo system and even AUSTAR/ FOXTEL...what better way to be entertained!

There is also a fully equipped laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board for your use.

* A portacot (with linen), highchair, stroller and a baby bath are all available upon request at no extra charge. There is even plastic plates, cups and bowls on hand for the kids.

Frangipani 202 now has a 4-seater electric buggy (with seat belts) for your use during your stay - valued at $85 per day if you had to hire one!

Drivers must hold a valid drivers license. Proof of license is required. Please note buggy can only carry 4 people.

Valet return Hamilton Island Airport transfers. Look for the sign with your name on it!

Check in: Guests met at Hamilton Island Airport or Marina are taken directly to apartment. Valet service has keys to property and buggy. A 2pm check is applied in most cases. Check out: stictly 10am: The valet service will normally collect you an hour prior to your departure. They will discuss this with you upon your arrival.

2 KING SIZE BEDROOMS AND 2 BATHROOMS - PERFECT FOR 2 COUPLES OR 2 SMALL FAMILIES

Frangipani 202 accommodates 5 guests and one infant quite comfortably.

The roomy master bedroom leads out to the balcony. The screen sliding doors here also have a security latch.

It is large with a King bed and an ensuite (with a shower - no bath).

There is a wall mounted 32" plasma in this bedroom.

The second bedroom - the bed can be made into a King bed or 2 king singles as required. There is plenty of room in this bedroom for a rollaway bed - sleeping up to 3 guests. This bedroom also has an ensuite (with a shower - no bath).

As guests you have the use of Frangipani's private swimming pool, heated spa and two private barbeques.

You are also welcome to use all the resort pools on the island (at no extra cost), only a short stroll along the beach from the apartment.

As a guest on Hamilton, you can access all of the resort activities including kids club (fees apply). The activities desk is located near Sails restaurant. All activities including cruises and reef trips, can be booked at the activities desk.

Hamilton Island has more than 40 activities to entertain the entire family separately or together.

Visiting the Koala Gallery Wildlife park for breakfast with the Koalas,

The new nine pin bowling centre is highly recommended.

The kids would love the Clownfish Club for a session of great activities while you take a few hours' rest and relaxation or get a massage at the new day Spa (spa WUMERDAYLIN now open).

The centre also offers private babysitting in your room.
