About the property

Perth Central Accommodation Welcome to Russells on the Terrace. This delightful, bright and airy, fully self-contained 2 storey,2-bedroom executive apartment has plenty to offer.

We have a 4 night minimum stay .

It has one bathroom and 2wc's, a spacious balcony which over looks the pool and gazebo, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, TV,DVD, sound system,1 Queen size bed and 2 single beds, Air conditioning in all rooms, fridge freezer, ironing board with iron, hair dryer and its own laundry. There is also a secure car park bay.

In order to make your stay as comfortable as possible, freshly laundered sheets, bedding and towels are provided (including pool towels).

Situated at 66/138 Adelaide Terrace, the apartment is located on the doorstep of Perth's CBD, just a short stroll to the beautiful Swan river foreshore, where you can take a ferry to Perth zoo, within a few steps of local attractions such as Kings Park and Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. It is also within a short driving distance from the Burswood Casino and local golf clubs. It is a perfect base for exploring Perth on a holiday or if in town on business a short stroll up Adelaide terrace to St Georges terrace the heart of the CBD

The apartment is ideal for short term or longer term, holiday or business stay as it is in midst of all the best that Perth has to offer. Come, stay with us and soak up the vibrancy of the city!

Getting there

Perth is 11 kilometres (approximately 10- 15 mins) from the Domestic and International terminals. Taxis are readily available . There is also a shuttle bus service available. Hire cars are also readily available and at reasonable rates.

Things to do

The magnificent swan river foreshore is only a 5 min walk away. There you can hire a surf cat or a canoe. Bicycles are available for hire and Perth has a network of excellent cycle paths or you can just relax and see the Perth skyline from beside the tranquil swan river.

The Perth CBD is within walking distance or alternatively you can hop on a CAT bus and be driven in comfort free of charge.

Visit Barrack St Jetty and go on a wine cruise or take a ferry to Rottnest Island and experience some of Western Australia's best snorkelling bays or perhaps just enjoy having your lunch at one of the wonderful restaurants on the waterfront.

You may wish to visit historic Fremantle or spend the day enjoying the white sands of one of our famous beaches. All are easily accessed by train or bus.

There are many restaurants within walking distance. The recently established East Perth development of Claisebrook Cove offers numerous restaurants which are situated overlooking the water. One of the most popular is The Royal which also very well priced. The nearby district of Northbridge also offers a wide variety of restaurants where there is something to suit everyones taste and budget.

Dreadfull service

We tried for two weeks to get the owner to respond to our booking enquiry without success. She was rude and at one time even hung up on us although we were polite to her at all times. I don't know what was going on here but clearly her behaviour was very odd and unexpected to say the least. We finished up staying at Alderney On Hay and our booking was dealt with efficiently and politely. I would suggest. That you don't waste your time with Bronwyn and would recommend staying at Alderney On Hay.

Comfortable and convenient

Russels on the Terrace was a very comfortable apartment that met all our needs. It is located on Adelaide Terrace almost directly opposite the Hyatt with a regular bus service almost outside the door. convenience stores, cafes and restaurants are nearby. The owner was approachable and hospitable. We highly recommend the apartment to others.

Good location, just a bit noisy.

We enjoyed our week long stay and found the location convenient however we didn't realise how busy (and noisy) Adelaide Terrace is. Although being in the centre of town did mean everything was just a bus ride or short walk away. The property had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Cute Town house

The location is in an excellent spot, bus stop in front, close to many sights and shops. Town house was clean and tidy and Bronwyn was there to meet us and show how all things work. Better than a hotel.

Bronwyn waited up until 2am to check us in after a flight/hire car delay! What a wonderful hostess! The property is clean and well equipped. It looks just like the pictures. Fantastic location- we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thanks so much! :)
