Heritage listed Cocora Cottage is a traditional B&B. It was the original Police Watch house in Eden. The sandstone wall inside was built from sandstone that came to Eden as ballast in the old steamers.
Cocora Cottage B&B is centrally located in a quiet area near Eden’s famous Killer Whale Museum and is a short walk to the Wharf and Eden's restaurants.
Breakfast which you select from our menu is served in the upstairs guest lounge or on the deck with spectacular views down to the Wharf and across Twofold Bay to the foothills of Mt Imlay.
Both bedrooms have a Queen sized bed, a television and an ensuite with a shower and bath. The front bedroom features polished Kauri timber floorboards and the original open fireplace while the back bedroom offers bay views .
Please note Cocora Cottage B&B is hosted accommodation, it is not a self contained cottage. Each room only accommodates 2 people.
Check with owners for a rate for a single person. The price quoted is for 2 people sharing one room. If there are more than 2 people then you would need to take a second room and therefore the price would double. Again please check with owner.
