About the property

Do Drop Inn has been tastefully refurbished, with upgraded bathroom and kitchen. It has a landscaped backyard with outdoor furniture for those long summer nights.

Located only 3kms from the City of Melbourne (10 minutes on the tram), Do Drop Inn is conveniently located within walking distance to the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre, the Grand Prix, Albert Park Village, public transport and the beach.

The master bedroom boasts a King-sized (which can be separated into two single beds) built in wardrobe, drawers and looks out into a private light court. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with a period open fire place, drawers and a cupboard.

The open plan kitchen and living area has a peaceful atmosphere and room to relax. New floor boards have been installed through out this area along with an upgraded kitchen with all modern stainless steel appliances and furniture complimenting its style.

Cycle along the bay, around the park lands, or sight see various areas of Melbourne. There is so much to see and do!!

This charming 1890s terrace house is very well appointed and offers an affordable and viable long or short term alternative for the discerning traveller.

- Consumables including lavish toiletries and a range of frequently used house hold goods such as coffee, tea, sugar, milk, dishwashing liquid, etc.

MINIMUM STAYS:

In general, we have a 7 night minimum for bookings made 3 months or more in advance and a 5 night minimum otherwise.

PLEASE NOTE: Over the Christmas/New Year period the minimum stay we accept is 10 nights.

Gorgeous property, stunning suburb!

Thank you Melissa, my pooch and I adored the property in Albert Park, short stroll to a great coffee shop Miss Columbia, to the foreshore, and quick tram ride to the city, plus super close to attractions like Brighton Bathing Boxes, Luna Park, etc. we really enjoyed ourselves and would love to return again soon. This place felt like a home away from home and we really appreciate you having us stay! Thank you again.

Fantastic Location close to everything

We enjoyed out recent stay at Do Drop Inn, I feel the photos were obviously taken some time ago when the property had just been renovated and now its starting to look a little tired and could do with a soft furnishing update and more comfortable lounge seating. The Location is fantastic and within an easy walk to MSAC and Local shopping strip in Albert Park. This property is a small 2 bedroom cottage and would suit short stays in Melbourne. Lovely quite street with easy parking out the front. Management are fantastic to deal with and very accommodating.

With a little freshen up this property will be fantastic.

We stayed in this property for a period of over 2 weeks from Nov-Dec 2010. The house was so cute - a lovely little cottage tucked away in Albert Park. It was clean and had everything that we needed, including some toys, a highchair and a cot. The location is brilliant - there are trams nearby that get you into the city very quickly. It is also very close to Albert Park itself and the incredible aquatic centre. It suited our small family nicely.
