This beautiful, fully furnished townhouse is positioned right on the lake with privacy from the public walkway.

It has a lovely outlook for guests to sit back, relax, have a BBQ and watch the Pelicans come into land.

Fishing is just around the rocks, with the beach over the road. For the children, there is a wonderful park/playground around the corner.

Outdoor swimming pool that is shared by both complexes. Please note that this pool is only open during summer and is not heated.

The townhouse features 3 bedrooms and has recently been renovated with a brand new kitchen, all new furnishings, and much more.

Upstairs Bathroom with a bath, separate shower and basin. Separate toilet upstairs.

Open plan living, dining room downstairs so all can enjoy the views of the lake. Fully equipped kitchen that also enjoys the best views, with dishwasher, microwave, oven etc.
