Rear balcony with BBQ and seating. The kitchen possesses inter alia Smeg four burner gas range and oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge.

Please note there is no direct view of the beach.
It is clean, well kept and well presented being renovated in an art deco manner similar to the original design. Polished timber flooring is evident throughout , with some floor coverings.
Gardens front and rear have been landscaped. Curtilage is generally above average for the area. Large enough for children to ride bikes around house. Shared curtilage.
It comprises the lower duplex. The upper floors are of concrete. Consequently, any noise is kept to a minimum.
