Good location and sizeable house with all the amenities available.

Plenty of space for at least two families. Table tennis table was a hit ( no pun intended) with kids and adults. Not far from Point Leo, the kids rented wetsuits and had plenty of fun boogie boarding, together with exploring the rock pools at one end the beach. All appliances worked with a new bbq installed that received a fair amount of use. Shame towels weren’t available but fortunately we brought our own. No hesitation in recommending to other families to stay. WiFi would have been nice as the phone reception was borderline.

Comfortable and spacious

Only a weekend stay but a perfect place. Heaps of room, very clean and tidy, well-equipped. Felt like we were the first people to use the place.

Excellent Property

The property was spacious, comfortable and convenient to the beaches (Shoreham and Point Leo in particular), Red Hill, Flinders, Merricks general Store and the wineries. It's in a lovely quiet neighbourhood - if you discount the birds in the morning and a few grunting koalas at night. Pretty idyllic really. Highly recommended.

Perfect for a large group!

Our group of friends enjoyed a very pleasant weekend at the Shoreham Beach/Tree House. Close proximity to wineries, Flinders, Hastings and the beach! The house itself has been rewly renovated, with great entertainment spaces inside and outside. Complete with luxuries such as fireplace, coffee machine and the all important table tennis table keeping everyone occupied!

Beautiful property -Clean & Lots of space

We had a lovely stay. Fabulous kitchen. Lots of space. Beautiful to hear the birds and the church bells from across the paddock. We would love to go back in summer...
