Chic and ultra modern, the homes are three beautiful two storey townhouses in their own small group all located together right on the beachfront at West Beach - the suburb between Glenelg and Henley Beach.
The townhouses are available individually or as a group. Perfect for the whole family or a group of friends or a team of business or work associates. Book one townhouse just for you and bring along your favourite people or book two or three townhouses and bring up to 30 of your closest friends or family.
Our homes are perfect for small gatherings. If you are planning a small gathering of some sort during your stay, please discuss this with us before you book to avoid any misunderstanding during your stay with us. Please note our NOISE RESTRICTIONS AND NO PARTY RULE which is described below.
Perfect pet friendly accommodation. There's a secure, fully fenced courtyard between the home and the garage. If your dog is normally an indoor dog, then it's possible that he/she will be able to come inside when you are home ... just ask us about this. Our beach is a leash free beach and there's a walking path along the River Torrens. Our homes have an absolute beach front location with plenty of open space for kids and pets to enjoy.

Your four bedroom house includes an expansive living area with a huge table for the best kind of long and loquacious holiday dinners, a luxurious lounge suite that looks over the sand dunes to the sea and a private courtyard that leads to your double garage.
Bedroom-wise, the lucky masters of the house enjoy the master room with ensuite, king bed and views of the waves rolling in. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms with a bathroom to share and down on the ground-floor the lucky sleepers will overlook the private courtyard and have their own ground-floor bathroom.
If your pooch has joined you on your holiday, two of our homes are dog friendly and the private courtyards are fully enclosed between the private garage and the home. Dog bowls and pet bedding are available on request and our beach is a dog-friendly beach, so you can take your best friend onto the beach with you.
Wander down onto the kid-safe beach for a day of sunning and swimming or stroll to local cafes and cosmopolitan restaurants. Take your pooch for a walk along the beach to one of the close-by dog-friendly cafes. Or pick up some free community bikes at the West Beach Surf Club and spend the day cycling along the coast track.
Keep the house stocked at the West Beach shopping precinct with a supermarket, bakery, cafes, chemists, doctors, dentists, hairdressing and beauty salons literally just around the corner.
Fancy having an explore? Local cafes and cosmopolitan restaurants are just a short stroll away. Take a drive Harbourtown discount shopping outlets, Glenelg Entertainment Precinct, and Henley Beach Restaurant Precinct just 5 minutes away for some fine dining..
Hop in the car for a 15-minute drive to Adelaide's CBD and discover the city. Visit the Art Gallery or the Pandas at Adelaide Zoo. Play golf at one of the three courses that are just up the road. Discover the award winning wineries of South Australia, McLaren Vale, Barossa Valley and the Adelaide Hills wineries are all within an hour's drive.

Each townhouse is fully equipped for up to 10 people - 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in each!!
Your townhouse is fully equipped with linen including sheets and towels - luxurious appointments including large digital TV's, gourmet kitchens, and a spa bath in the ensuite bathroom overlooking the beach.
Each townhouse comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. Each home is private and for your exclusive use during your stay, whether 2 or 8 people stay.
Each stylish home includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a wall oven, cooktop, dishwasher and microwave oven. There is a large living area with large screen TV, DVD and CD player and a separate dining area in each villa. Extras include complimentary tea and coffee. There is a full laundry with a washing machine and dryer and full sized ironing board and iron.
Upstairs you will find three generous bedrooms, the main bathroom and the master ensuite. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an extra single bed and trundle bed for an extra 2 guests. There are full length glass doors to the balcony overlooking the beach, with spectacular views up and down the coast. The second bedroom has a 2 long single beds that can be made up as a king bed at your request. The third bedroom has a double bed. At the rear of the ground floor, overlooking the fully fenced courtyard is the 4th bedroom with a queen bed. Adjacent to this bedroom is the downstairs bathroom including a shower, toilet and hand basin. Each bedroom has full length mirrored robes.
A hot and cold external shower area is provided for you as you come up off the beach adjacent to the grassed front garden.
The reverse-cycle airconditioning provides heating or cooling with separate controls for the bedrooms and living areas. There is an intercom security system at the entry and monitoring system throughout each house. A double, remote controlled lock-up garage allows direct entry to each house through a private, fenced rear courtyard.
What is included and Noise Restrictions
Our beautiful townhouses are provided on a self-contained basis. Prices can be negotiable for longer term tenancy of 28 days or more.
The townhouses are meticulously cleaned and prepared for your visit. Departure cleaning, bed linen and towels are provided for 8 people at a charge of $275 per townhouse per stay.
Extra cleaning services including change of linen during your stay can be arranged at an additional cost.
Each home comes complete with air-conditioning, private garaging for 2 cars, full kitchen and laundry facilities including washing powder and the bedding configuration that you have arranged with us prior to your stay.
NOISE RESTRICTIONS AND NO PARTY RULE
Please note our NOISE RESTRICTIONS AND NO PARTY RULE and that our homes are not suitable for parties or large gatherings so please discuss your plans with us before you book. Our guests are requested to respect the comfort and privacy of guests in the adjoining townhouses and our neighbours at all times.
An extra charge of $1,000 per night will apply where guests decide to hold a party in the home where our explicit written agreement has not been received. A party constitutes loud music or noisy conversation which disrupts other guests or our neighbours, the presence of people who are not on the registered guest list after 10:30pm, and drunken or lewd behaviour at any time.
Pre-wedding Bucks and Hens parties, post-function impromptu parties and the use of amplified music are not allowed on the premises under any circumstances. All noise is expected to be minimal after 10:30pm. Where guests persist in noisy, damaging or disruptive behaviour, we reserve the right to evict the people causing the disturbance and in extreme cases, cancel the booking without refund.
