THE APARTMENT:

Apartment 904 is a spacious, 9th floor apartment boasting spectacular ocean views with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 lounge rooms. The second lounge room converts to a third bedroom with the fold-out sofa. It's superbly appointed and stylishly furnished with a contemporary, coastal feel. The ensuite has beautiful twin cone vessels, spa bath and separate shower. The fully equipped kitchen has all the latest European appliances - large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and cooktop. It contains all everyday items including wine glasses, champagne flutes and a coffee machine for coffee lovers. The furnished balcony showcases a stunning ocean view of Maroochydore Beach and Old Woman Island with views of Mt Coolum to the North and Hinterlands to the West. There's also a handy lockable courtyard at the entrance of the apartment for your sandy gear and surfboards etc.

Other creature comforts include: ducted air conditioning, 3 televisions - located in the lounge room, media room and the master bedroom, DVD player, laundry with washer and dryer, iron & ironing board, full sized hair dryer and digital safe. It is very family friendly with beach toys, two boogie boards, boardgames and a ATARI gaming console.

Foxtel is connected for your viewing pleasure with the added bonus of a sports package and movie channels.

Sleeping Configuration: The apartment sleeps 6 with the bedding configuration being 1 queen in the main bedroom, 2 singles in the second bedroom and a fold-out sofa lounge in the media room. A portacot is also available at no extra charge. Bedding and linen will be provided for 4 people and up to 6 people upon request.

The Sebel Maroochydore, rising 15 stories, is set in a commanding location opposite the stunning Maroochydore beach. It's the ultimate beach lovers dream destination. The stunning new resort hotel relives the best memories of the family beach house, with modern style and sophistication. This iconic property is just 8km from the Sunshine Coast Airport and a 90 minute drive North of Brisbane Airport.

Facilities - 24 hour reception, 25m podium level pool, undercover toddler pool (heated all year round), undercover whirlpool (heated), rooftop BBQ area & large spa pool (level 15), steam room and ample visitor car parking. Apartment 904 has one designated, secure carpark which is undergound.

MINIMUM STAY

All bookings are to made in 7 night blocks from Saturday to Saturday. This way we don't need to fill any small gaps and we can continue to offer highly discounted rates to our guests.

The four, patrolled surfing beaches at Coolum, Maroochydore, Alexandra Headland and Mooloolaba combine to produce a fantastic holiday destination for families with children of all ages as well as young people looking for adventure. From boutique dining and fast paced shopping outings to relaxing lazes on white, sandy beaches, this area will have you captivated. If you're after a day of fun and adventure, there are many attractions that will keep you and the kids enthralled. For something a little different take a leisurely drive into the Blackall Range and visit the quaint village of Montville, Flaxton and Mapleton. Here you'll enjoy strolling through the art and craft filled streets and enjoy true hinterland hospitality. On Saturday morning drive up to Eumundi and potter around the fresh fruit and vegetable and wonderful craft stalls of this famous market. Hand feed the deer at Forest Glen Sanctuary, taste Australia's largest range of honey at the Super Bee, visit Australia Zoo, Underwater World or spend a day at Aussie World and the famous Etamogah Pub. If it's nature you're more interested in, there are plenty of bushwalks in the Blackall Ranges or visit Fairhill Native Plants and Botanical Gardens.

Great apartment

The apartment had everything you could need and was in a great location close to bus stop, beach, supermarket and some restaurants. The deck was a great place to relax with an amazing view of the sea - we even watched whales go by!

Great stay

Had a great time at Sebel 904

Lots of little extras which were a real bonus, boogie boards, beach toys, as well as kitchen basics, oil, cling wrap, baking paper, S&P, also plenty of cleaning items, dish washing tabs, washing powder etc. the view from the unit is lovely and facing North we had all day sun, which was great in July. There is a small enclosed area near the door for leaving wet or sandy items without having to bring them inside. Has a separate area near the second bedroom which was good for storing suitcases etc. This area has its own tv but there is no wall between this and the main living room so not really able to have on two things at once, but good if only one persons wants to. Very clean and comfortable

Great family holiday, excellent value

Really well appointed unit - we really didn't need to take anything except clothes and food. Heaps of space for our young family to spread out. Appreciated the basics (cleaning products etc) being provided. And the coffee pod machine was a nice bonus. The location is very central which is great - easy walk to Alex Heads and Cotton Tree, but it does mean there is a bit of traffic noise. Not that it affected us too much - we all slept really well, including the 3-month-old! Surprisingly though, there was virtually no noise from surrounding units, even though it was school holidays and Easter. The owners, Kathryn and then Brett and Jennie, have all been extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider staying again!

Great place for a holiday.

The apartment was as good as we expected,it had everything we needed,the greatest view of the sea, close to bus stop, restaurants,takeaways and grocery shop nearby. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend it.
