l'appartement était humide et difficile à chauffer, j'ai donc payé 200e de chauffage pendant 10 jours et le propriétaire a encaissé le chèque de la caution.

pas mal mais pas plus

l'accueil des propriétaires a été très sympathique. Le grand plus de cette location est qu'ils acceptent les chiens. Le petit jardin est clôturé. c'est qui vaut 3 étoiles. C'est un peu passant mais si on regarde avant on peut le deviner. Si ce n'est pas super propre ce n'est pas sale. Cependant la literie n'est pas confortable, le canapé est inconfortable au possible il y a une plaque de bois en dessous des coussins, les fauteuils cassent le dos. La cerise sur le gateau est la vétusté du frigo dit date des années 1980 et qui est rouillé même à l'intérieur où vous ne pouvez pas entreposer une bouteille car le compartiment est cassé, la plaque au dessus du bac à légume est absente, le bouton de réglage du froid a été remplacer par un morceau de bois donc vous ne connaissez pas le réglage. Il ne manque pas spécialement de vaisselle mais tout est un peu disséminé un peu partout. Il était heureux que nous ayons passé la majorité de nos repas à l'extérieur. En clair il faudrait revoir l'électroménager, la literie et les canapés et fauteuils qui n'apportent pas le confort minimum attendu.

Très bon séjour

Logement parfait pour 4 ou 5 comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Très bien située pour se rendre dans le centre et à la plage sans voiture ! C'est vraiment adorable de la part de la propriétaire d'accepter les chiens, c'est rare avec une telle bienveillance. Merci. A conseiller ++

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist wie beschrieben, ideal für Leute mit Hund. Der Garten (allerdings kein Rasen nur Steine) ist vollständig eingezäunt. Hinter dem Haus kann man das Auto parken und man kann auch über den Garten hineingehen. Wenn man möchte, kann man auch die Garage nutzen. Von da aus kann man zur Wohnung nach oben gehen. Die Lage des Hauses ist, wie in den anderen Bewertungen beschrieben, an der Straße. Kann mal laut sein. Allerdings sind wir tagüber unterwegs gewesen und abends waren wir fast immer draußen und haben uns über den abendlichen Verkehr nicht gestört gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber alles da, was man braucht. Man sollte daran denken, dass die Kaution in bar bei Ankunft bezahlt werden muss. Diese bekommt man zurück, nachdem die Zähler für Wasser, Gas und Strom abgelesen sind. Der Verbrauch wird dann mit der Kaution verrechnet. Alles ohne Probleme. Das Doppelbett war etwas klein und die Bettwäsche haben wir dazu gebucht. Es gab allerdings statt 2 Bettbezügen nur ein großes Laken, das wohl unter die Tagesdecke gelegt wird. Da es warm war, war es kein Problem. Also am besten Bett- BEZÜGE selbst mitnehmen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Ankunft haben wir uns über dieses Portal gemeldet und mussten nicht lange warten. Auch bei der Abreise waren sie pünktlich zum vereinbarten Termin da. Verständigung in französich und englisch möglich. Veules-les Roses ist ein wunderschöner kleiner Ort, wir haben ihn und die Umgebung sehr genossen.
