The Angas is an updated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom property perfectly located just off Hutt Street in the City of Adelaide. It sleeps 4 beds (1 queen and either 1 queen or 2 singles). The property can accommodate up to 6 guests utilising 2 fold out beds.

The property is furnished with modern quality furniture and appliances including leather sofa, digital TV & home theatre and dining for 6 in the open plan living/dining area. Reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning throughout, and heavy block out curtains in the bedrooms, double roller blinds in the living area, makes it a comfortable and private home.

The full sized kitchen has stainless steel bench tops and appliances, full sized fridge and front loading washing machine.

Located in the East End of the City on a tree lined residential street between Hutt Street and East Terrace, ample public transport and all of Adelaide City's attractions are within walking distance.

The Angas is perfectly located for visitors attending festivals and events in the Adelaide CBD, the Adelaide Parklands, Eastern Suburbs, or at the Wayville Showgrounds

The Good ❤: excellent location; fabulous living room; plenty of dried rosemary and bay leaves in the pantry; small parking area; nice object d'art; low cost The Bad 😑: no natural light in the bedrooms; only toiletries provided were toilet paper and one bottle of handwash; no salt provided and limited sugar The Ugly 😠: the most uncomfortable beds I have ever encountered; the mattress protector was disgusting (crunchy) and the pillows were diabolical; could not use the bathroom basin without getting drenched; the air conditioning doesn't work properly - too hot in some places and freezing in others; communication with the owner about check-in was sub-standard; the oven was so filthy I was afraid to use it; the fridge was so loud it could be heard in the bedrooms (with the doors closed)

Fantastic location!
Amazing property in a great location 100m from the parklands. Really spacious lounge & dining with interesting art pieces. Great to have a lock up garage which just fitted my Subaru XV on an angle. Shower head could be updated. Beds are just ok and would recommend bringing your own pillow. However - it was a great place to stay overall. We would stay here again.

Fabulous location
This property is in a quiet area. Close to east parklands and Victoria park for beautiful walks. The free city connector bus is 3 minute walk away. Fabulous bar, restaurants, hotel and cafes nearby. Walking distance to central CBD and shopping precinct. Most rental properties provide some toiletries (shower gels, body lotion) but only hand wash provided here. Also nothing provided in the kitchen apart from remnants that (I presume) other guests have left behind (a few sauces and random tea bags) A roll of Glad wrap would have been handy, and only 1 bin bag left for us. Beds were comfortable and good window treatments

Spacious, peaceful, convenient urban stay
Ideally located in the leafy, garden conscious Eastern precinct of Adelaide CBD, the property is well located near a local IGA & Hutt Street restaurants. Quick escape out of the city into the countryside and easy transport options within the CBD. Facilities ideal with washing machine and enough space to be with other people.
