Nicely located at the end of a cul-de-sac with no passing traffic, it looks onto a small park. Nearby shops, cafes. gourmet deli etc in the Applecross Village make daily shopping a breeze, and there are many dining options. Bus and train services are nearby.

The enclosed courtyard and stair guard ensure a "worry-free" place for families with young children, and an ideal base for anyone to stay in beautiful Perth. It is also a great location for people on business.
