About the property

Ours is a cozy, comfortable, two bedroom apartment in a complex that has an equally cozy bar downstairs, together with a good sized supermarket, a swimming pool and a gym. We also have free parking, Foxtel and there's a gym in the complex.

Rest body and soul in your home away from home, taking in the breathtaking views from the apartment, strolling through the sublime Fitzroy Gardens to the city, or to the very cool, bohemian streets of Fitzroy and Collingwood and experience the best of Melbourne's famous cafe culture.

Top rated restaurants, bars and cafes are in easy reach, as are some of Melbourne's famous public gardens. The National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) and the Ian Potter Gallery, are but a 15 minute walk away, as are a number of internationally regarded boutique art galleries in Flinders Lane, our favourite of which is Arc1 Gallery.

For music lovers, Hamer Hall, the Recital Centre, Melbourne Concert Hall, and Her Majesty's theatre are all in walking distance. The Melbourne Museum, and the Melbourne Aquarium are both a short distance by foot, or of course by one of Melbourne's iconic trams. To the north, a short walk brings you into the artistic and bohemian areas of Gertrude, Smith and Brunswick Streets in Fitzroy. Rod Laver Arena, the Melbourne Cricket Ground, and tennis precinct are all located a short walk to the south of the apartment.

The Tribeca precinct in which the apartment is located and is a lift ride down to the ground floor, contains a generously stocked IGA supermarket, a cosy cocktail bar for a quiet drink and a light snack every night of the week except Sunday. There's also a hairdressing salon, a florist and a pizza bar.

Great location

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The location was excellent for our needs.

Check in and check out was easy and stress free, communication with owners was excellent, which all made for a great, relaxing experience.

I highly recommend the property and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We have been regular guests at Victoria Panorama for the last two years and will definitely continue to be so whenever we are coming to Melbourne. The apartment is very quiet and comfortable, extremely clean and very well equipped. It is perfectly located with a view over East Melbourne and, on clear days, the sunrise over the Dandenongs hills is really lovely. There is a lap pool and a gym accessible in the building. CBD is walking distance through the lovely Fitzroy Gardens but trams and buses are also available just across the street. The IGA store on the ground floor is very convenient and the gorgeous Queen Victoria Market is only 15 minutes away by tram. There is a secured carpark but frankly there is no need for a car to visit the city given its extended and efficient public transport system.

Ron and Joan, the apartment’s owners, are very friendly and helpful people, and are looking closely after the apartment and maintaining it in spotless condition

Nice apartment, great location

If you have a car, you have your own secured carpark; if you don't, tram stop is right in front of the building and is only minutes away from CBD. Great value. Need a new frying pan though. We have enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.
