We love Kangaroo Island have have been holidaying at Island Beach for 15 years.Our children & grand children also love to visit and enjoy the Spa , 8 ball table and lots of movies and board games.

Island beach beauty
Recently stayed with 2 families. House perfectly accommodates all your needs from entertainment with a large 10 person spa and pool table for inside entertainment to all necessary fully equipped kitchen, bbq and ample room for everyone. Close location to a lovely clean beach. The kids especially loved the daily visits from kangaroos and wallabies and feeding them from the back deck. The house came with a kayak, fish cleaning facilities and a fantastic selection of dvds to help you unwind from your days out. The only small negative was having limited hot showers with a full house (2 families) quickly showering after beach days or spending time the spa. It was manageable (we used timers) but who doesn't like a nice hot shower??!! It became a bit of the household fun of who gets in first. Overall though the house was lovely and accommodated us all well. Highly recommend for your next stay at Kangaroo Island.

Home away from home
Great size home for a large family. Main bedroom had an ensuite while the other bathroom was well set up for the rest of the family. Separate toilet, separate shower/bath with door and hand-basin available to all. Open living area with ample seating for everyone and kitchen well set up.
The spa was lovely treat to relax in after a day of sight seeing. Host was more than helpful and easy to communicate with.
Belinda and her family were delightful to deal with and would be welcome back to our home any time.

Wonderful place to stay, close to beach and great views towards American River
Our family had a great stay. Belle beach house has a big living area and verandah with views over the sea and a few wallabies in close proximity to the property. Very modern, well presented property — close to Penneshaw and the wonderful Sunset and Vine Restaurant.
