Getaway

We drove down to Melbourne late in the evening. It was easy to find the key lock box and also easy to find the parking spot which was directly under the flat. The Flat has a beautiful kitchen/lounge room area, 1 bedroom and a bathroom which is all nicely furnished. The kitchen has all your basic utensils and a dishwasher. There is an IGA just down the road and a few restaurants which have some excellent food. Queen Victoria Market is about a 25min walk from the flat and great for a little shopping. From there you can catch the free tram and travel around the free tram zones. The owners Tony & Suzie were amazing and easy to contact if we had any issues or questions and replied almost immediately. All in all this is a great place for two people to stay and an ideal location for cbd access.

Comfortable time in Melbourne

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. This apartment was terrific. The location is great; my wife and I enjoy walking, and it took around 15 minutes to get to the city, but there was also a tram station just a minute away. The apartment was well equipped, the kitchen had basically everything you might need. The bedroom was extremely comfortable, as was the lounge. Heating the living space only took a couple of minutes in the cold mornings. Whilst the apartment block had a lot of people coming and going, we found it to be very tranquil. We would highly recommend staying here if traveling to Melbourne.
