About this property

The property is located in the heart of the Landes forest, just 20 minutes from the Atlantic beaches. The place is therefore ideal to collect all the benefits of the holidays: enjoy the beach or the many other activities nearby during the day, and benefit from the calm of the forest in the evening. Located 20 kilometers from Dax, it can also accommodate you if you are on a spa treatment.

We completely renovated the house in 2012. With a surface of 70m² (+ a canopy of 20m²), it has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 7/8 people. It is fully equipped, inside and out, and offers you all the comforts of a modern house in an old setting.

Housed in an old barn, near the Landes house on which it depended, it is completely independent and has its own 1 hectare plot. Oriented towards the forest and the rising sun, you have a superb view of nature from the first hours of the morning.

Vacances reposantes, paisibles et en pleine nature

Nous avons séjournés dans la maison pendant 2 semaines, le petit déjeuner avec un tel décor ne peut que faire commencer la journée du bon pied, la maison est très agréable, sans parler de la terrasse couverte qui permet d'être à l'extérieur en tout temps, des vacances inoubliables ! Merci à Guillaume pour son accueil, à bientôt peut être.

Superbe endroit

La maison est conforme à la description et aux photos. Nous y avons séjourné à 8 personnes (4 adultes et 4 enfants). C'était parfait, l'endroit est très calme et reposant. Le propriétaire est disponible et très réactif. Idéalement située,nous avons pu visiter la dune du pilat, les plages Landaises, le pays basque et nous avons même poussé jusqu'à Saint Sebastian en Espagne. La région est vraiment agréable, je recommande vivement

Au cœur de la nature

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille avec des adolescents et des grands parents . La région propose des activités pour tous les goûts et la maison nous a permis de faire des grands repas . Les chambres sont grandes et lumineuses . Nous y reviendrons .
