The building is located on the corner of Swanston St, 2min walk from Melbourne Central and the QV. Many cafes, shops and resaraunts on the door step. Unlike many apartments in Melbourne, there are windows in all rooms including the second bedroom and the bathroom.
- There is parking available in multi storey car park two doors down Franklin Street which offers daily parking for $25. The car park is open from 6:30am till midnight mon-fri and until 10:00pm sat-sun.
