It has all the charm of being built to last - with sash windows, high ceilings, polished floor boards and a high fenced back yard with established trees. With the original art work and uncomplicated furnishings it has an air of home.

Cosy Cottage and Cosy Studio (not listed) are ten minutes on foot from places of most interest.
Snugly situated behind the Monument Hill the cottage is accessible to public transport. Walk or ride cycles (easily rented at affordable rates). The public pool and gym are 1 km away. Cafes and restaurants are better reached on foot so you can enjoy the fabulous wines and not breathalized! Ask the owner for recommendations.
The free CAT service will take you to the train station, the Town Beach or the "Dog" beach where the local go in South Fremantle.
Music venues (Jazz and Ballads) are in the Freo CBD and also George St at the "Duke on George".
