Hidden away, yet right amongst it, The Promenade Residence prides itself on its unique location, outstanding views and luxurious accommodation. Perched on top of the Promenade Shops, the Promenade Residence is for those wanting a little 'something special', yet family friendly as well.
Situated in the heart of Merimbula, adjacent to shops, restaurants with direct water frontage.
Accommodation includes four large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, large combined living and dining room, huge entertaining deck, laundry and lock up garage.
NOTE: Negotiable on rate for one family bookings outside peak times.

Accommodation

Fully self contained with gourmet kitchen, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, gas barbecue, gas heating, three televisions, DVD and stereo.
The main QUEEN bedroom with stunning views, ensuite and walk in robe. Additional QUEEN bedroom with doors onto terrace. Two further bedrooms with two SINGLE beds in one and two KING SINGLES in the other. One of these single bedrooms has plenty of space for a further stretcher bed and/or cot (both supplied).
Total of 2.5 bathrooms which makes it ideal for two families to share with plenty of privacy.
The house includes a cot, high chair, baby bath lot of toys and full movie library.

BYO linen and towels. All doonas and doona covers provided. However, bed linen can be provided for an additional cost of $220.

Parking for one car in lock up garage. Additional cars to be parked up the street.

Will consider longer or shorter stays by negotiation.

Very Central and beautiful views

Fantastic location walking distance to all shops/clubs etc. very short drive to beaches. Very tidy and spacious accommodation with A1 views

expensive but AMAZING location

We LOVED it. The stairs are steep and the landing is tight. However our wobbly 89 year old elderly father just managed up and down twice. The rest of the time the accomodation was perfect as he was happy to enjoy the views, the family and the TV (it could do with a larger TV for the lounge room). Unfortunately, it would be too expensive to extend our stay next year and include New Years. It was awesome that we could have my sisters a dog and 8 people. The views and location are the best you can have in Merimbula.

Perfect accom for multiple groups!

I stayed here with my husband and bub, brother and his wife and my mum (and a dog!). The apartment was so spacious - enough room inside and out for everyone to have their own space. Such a comfy place with kids, cots, high chair and loads of toys provided plus it was pretty child friendly for bub to run around and doors between the bedrooms and lounge area so easy to section off. Location is right in the heart of merimbula, a busy area but we had parking and could walk to beaches and shops and of course easily drive in and out for day trips. Stayed over NYE and had a perfect view of the fireworks. The view in amazing right over the lake. I didn’t actually find it too noisy either, most places seemed to close by 10 so noise would die down. Would recommend and stay again!!

Magical Merimbula

The view from the main living area was amazing. Comfy beds and everything was provided to ensure an enjoyable stay. We managed to park two large sedans in the parking space and the house was well laid out for an extended family like ours. If you forget your own linen Salvo's around the corner has a great range. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Meredith.

A superb week away from work

This property is unique in it's location and was fantastic in that it allowed the 2 x 14yo's with us plenty of freedom to get around on their bikes. The beach was close and the shops right there underneath us. The property itself was clean and well appointed. We had our dog with us and he was safe and secure on the enclosed deck. Loved our stay!
