North Rosedale Beachouse is only a short 100m stroll from beautiful Rosedale Beach and is situated on 1.4 acres of bush garden adjacent to Saltwater Creek.

This stunning house, one of only three houses at ground level with direct access to the beach, is extremely comfortable with everything that you will need for your South Coast getaway including four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, large living area and a huge front lawn. It even boasts a lovely open log fireplace for wintery evenings. A perfect beach house for two families or four couple.

The house retains a rustic and original feel whilst cleverly harnessing modern elements of architecture such as large north facing windows that make the best of the natural light. It is very secluded and private and nestles beautifully into the pristine surroundings that Rosedale is renowned for.

Activities to be enjoyed are bushwalking, swimming, surfing, exploring, snorkelling, cricket or soccer on the lawn or beach or simply a visit to the close-by towns of Mogo, Malua Bay, Broulee, Moruya or Batemans Bay for shopping.

Perfect location

The property was lovely for a winter getaway. We loved the roaring fire, the big open living room and the veranda on sunny mornings.

A special place

The Rosedale Beach house is magnificently located between north and south Rosedale. The house is large with plenty of light. The kitchen, dining and lounge area is well set up for shared meals and fun. The bedrooms provide privacy and the large deck/verandah looks to the water and the creek. The place is spacious, comfortable and beautiful. You can’t go wrong.

We loved everything about this place. The location could not have been better, the house was fabulous. It had everything you would need for two families. We had a great time. The only negative is that it would have been handy to have a microwave and a gas barbeque.
