About the property

No need for a car, close to cycle paths and all facilities

West and north oriented, this apartment of 60 sq.m located on the 2nd floor is well ventilated and bright. It is close to the beaches (less than 100m) equipped with showers, from the walkway suitable for walkers and cyclists as well to the town centre, the racecourse, the shops, public transports (buses and train station) and restaurants. It can accommodate up to 6 persons, has 2 bedrooms with in each one 1 double bed that can be separated into 2 single beds, a large living room with 2 couches of which one is a sofa-bed (real bed), separate kitchen, bathroom, separate toilets and sunny balcony in the afternoon. The building has a caretaker and a sheltered bike rack in closed car park. The owners live nearby.

Decoration inspired by our long-distance sailing expeditions (Pacific).

Spring and fall are also nice periods in Cagnes sur Mer.

Cagnes-sur-Mer is located between Antibes (10 km) and Nice (airport 6 km away, centre 13 km away), 7 km away from Saint-Paul, city of the artists, and from the rarely visited hinterlands, with its hiking paths. Cagnes includes a medieval village, 'Hauts de Cagnes', its fishermen's village 'Cros-de-Cagnes' and the Renoir Museum (in ongoing work in 2012). Rocked by the waves under the Mediterranean sun, you will live in Cagnes-sur-Mer to the rythm of its parties and events (Nocturnes Piétonnes du Bord de Mer, medieval fairs, horse races...), its colourful markets, its numerous seaside and nautical activities, its restaurants. This place is for sure a must-see stage of the Cote d'Azur. Bicycle paths allow you to go to Nice or Antibes by the seaside and others toward the hinterlands. Many tours and hikes. Bicycle rental nearby.

Kennedy market (300 m) on Friday, Cros (800 m) on Tuesday and Thursday, centre (500 m) on Wednesday.

Nice people, quiet appartment

We were welcomed by Mr and Mrs Legillon in the appartment. They are very nice people who gave us a lot of information about the place and about local activities.

The appartment is close to the sea but we did not have any noise from the street or from the airport in Nice. We did have some noise from neighbors in the appartment.

The area is very nice because you can go to the sea or to the mountains, lots of variation.

Beautiful apartment

We were here just for a week but it was amazing! Beautiful apartment, really kind owners, a lot of information about festivals etc thanx to them,.. Also a beautiful place - 50 meters to the beach, really good cafe bar/restaurant on the corner - Cocoon cafe (nice staff). We would definitelly recommend this place to everybody! :)

Accueil très chaleureux et propriétaires très attentionnés.

Un appartement spacieux et fonctionnel, idéal pour couple avec 2 enfants. Pas besoin de bouger la voiture, tout peut se faire à vélo !

Nous recommandons bien sûr cette location !

Ruhige, gemütliche Aufenthalt

Sehr schöne Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist ganz gut gelegen, an den schattigen Promenade der Kanal entlang. Und gleich über die Strasse am Meer. Die Wohnung ist gut geeignet auch für Kleinkinder, hat Lift, Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine, was für uns wichtig war. Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind und ein Baby. Der Vermieter hat ein Babybett und Sitz organisiert. Spielplätze sind auch in der Nähe, sowie Supermärkte. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
