Renovated large 4 bedroom 1900 sq. ft home in Brandon Fl with an outdoor 6ft deep heated pool and screened-in Lanai, includes a 8 ft billiards table, high speed internet, Smart TVs with apps Netflix, youtube., etc. Washer and Dryer. Very quiet neighborhood with no rear neighbors. Close proximity to shopping and popular food chains. Located 20 miles from Tampa airport, 25 minutes to downtown Tampa, 45 mins from Clearwater/St. Pete beach and one hour from Disney world. Easy access to the Florida turnpike to head south to Miami. All pets must be pre-approved before booking, fees apply. No events/gatherings/parties at this time due to Covid-19.

The property was very beautiful and cozy . Our host was very attentive to our needs and check- in was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again , and longer next time.

Not exactly what we expected....

The homeowner was super responsive and helpful in the booking process and when we needed batteries for the fan remotes during our stay! We were very pleased that linens were included and the check-in / check-out process was so easy. The kids also enjoyed the heated pool. The home was a bit more run down than expected. Bring your pillows from home because there is only one per bed and they are very flat. The kitchen had plenty of dishes for our big family, but I did need to wash everything before we used it. There are minimal pots for cooking and some basics (for me) were missing (e.g. No baking sheets or spatulas). We also experienced a leak in the hall shower (got pretty bad after several ppl needed to shower). The master bath has no door (open concept) so my husband woke me several times a night turning on the light. And, there's no exhaust fans so the room became damp when that shower was used. Last, but certainly not least, we also dealt with a rodent (a rat we think) in one of the bedrooms the last two nights.

Accurate description and fair for the cost

Overall the property was fine. Some areas need updating but no major issues. One pool cue was splintered prior to our arrival and I am not sure the bed sheets had been cleaned (they had a funk to them) but we washed them and they were fine. Master bedroom could use a door by the toilet however. Fair value for the money.
