Ideally located in Canning Vale and 15 minutes from Perth City, the airport and a 5-10 minute car journey to 3 major shopping centres, this home is stylishly fully-furnished with all the essential furniture and appliances to make it as comfortable as your own home.

The home has reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout and can comfortably accommodate sleeping facilities for up to 9 guests. The large dining table is a great space to sit back and enjoy after a day of sightseeing. The dining overlooks the alfresco garden and BBQ area which is fully fenced with locked gates and secure parking. The large Alfresco has cane lounges and outdoor dining for 8.

Tea Tree Manor is just 2 minutes drive to the Livingston Shopping Centre which compliments Woolworths, Big W, Post Office, Bank ATM's, News Agency, Muffin Break, Cafes and 8 Fast Food outlets. Small local restaurants and takeaways nearby.

The property is centrally located within Perth suburbs and has easy access to freeways, arterial roads for day trips sightseeing, quick trips to the City of Perth or the fishing Port of Fremantle and the South Terrace Cafe strip. The property is tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with no passing traffic or noisy main roads yet not far from 3 large shopping centres: Cockburn Shopping Centre, Garden City and Westfield Carousel.

Tea Tree Manor is close to many walkways for the exercise enthusiast and a local gymnasium less than 2 minutes drive from the property. If you wish to use the train, it is only a quick bus journey to the Murdoch Train Station which is only 3 stops from Perth City central business district.

Why Suzanne chose Canning Vale

We originally lived in the Perth hills area overlooking Perth city for 12 years but the time came when we needed to purchase a property closer to the Universities for our children. It was around that time that we stumbled across this beautiful quaint two storey home at the end of a brick paved road located at the end of quiet cul-de-sac in Canning Vale. Originally, the house looked quite different and over time we have added, removed and improved the house and garden to the way it looks today.

The street has a village feel about it and this was one of the reasons we originally purchased the property. Each house in the court was designed by the same English architect and he did manage capture that sense of each house being part of a small housing village at the end of St Michael's Green.

What makes this house unique

Totally private and fully fenced (with locked gates) property with a large outdoor alfresco area with cane lounges, BBQ and garden to enjoy.

The property is located to the south of Perth. This is very convenient if you are planning to travel to the vineyards such as Margaret River or the beach areas being Yallingup or Dunsborough. The local beach is a 20 minute drive to the ocean from Tea Tree Manor.

I highly recommended Tea Tree Manor….

My Family & I stayed at Tea tree manor for 2 weeks.

The house was beautifully presented and had everything we needed for our stay. The house is so spacious and full of quality furniture, the alfresco area was fantastic!!! My kids also enjoyed playing ball in the quiet street which is a novelty to them.

Suzanne & Lou were very welcoming, touching base on our arrival and offering to help where they could, nothing was too much trouble….

A wonderful house for a big family

I had a wonderful holiday with my family in this lovely house.

The house is clean and tidy and my parents enjoyed cooking and also leisure time in the house and we hope to stay at Tea Tree Manor next time when we visit Perth.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Tea Tree Manor. It has catered to all our needs. The house is in a quiet area. It is very spacious and comfortable with all commodities. It has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people comfortably. It is excellent for long term or short term stay. We definately reccommend this property it is a home away from home.

My family and I stayed at Tea Tree Manor during our visit to Perth. The house was very clean and tidy and with plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen facilities had everything(almost) needed except for a juicer but the owner Suzanne immediately lend us her personal juicer when she realized we needed one. She also made my mum most welcomed by giving us a packet of the very best Lindt chocolates when mum wanted some lollies. Thanks a lot, Suzanne, you are the best!
