Fully furnished, the house sleeps up to 6 (2 x queen bed, 2 x single beds) and also includes a separate study.

Fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living and dining area - great for entertaining!

Large backyard with space for kids to play, and choice of 2 verandahs off the living areas.

Pets by negotiation.

Undercover parking for 2 cars.

Location

The house is located in a quiet suburban area, but a 5 minute walk to a choice of 2 shopping centres (including supermarkets, cafes, pub, and restaurants). The same 5 minute walk takes you to CityExpress bus stop.

20 Minutes drive to the City, 15 minutes to Queensland University, 10 minutes to Indooroopilly Shoppingtown.

Centrally located in Brisbane's western suburbs.

A lovely house in the quiet residential area of Kenmore Hills.A very well equipped, comfortable property, to suit a family with everything thought of.An ideal base to tour the area with lovely gardens, resident possums and wildlife.I would recommend this property to anybody, we will return without question.Thanks Ilva, great job and well worth every penny.

We loved Green Outlook - beautifully equipped and comfortable, perfect for a family or a group of people - two bathrooms was a bonus. So excellent to find such a place so conveniently located to shopping, transport and the city. Should we have the need to stay in Brisbane again, Green Outlook would be our first choice of accommodation. Thank you, Elizabeth, for your helpfulness during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay here again. The house is very comfortable with lovely green leafy views from all windows. I would just make one small suggestion. The lighting in the lounge and dining area could be improved. It would be particularly useful to have a few reading lamps next to the couch and one near the lounge chair in the dining area as it is too dark in the evening to read. Other than that, everything else was great.

A lovely spacious house in a really nice quiet location. There are 2 shopping areas close by with various eateries etc. We had a car so did not check out the public transport links. The house is immaculately presented and very well equipped with everything you could need for a short or long stay.A very enjoyable stay and highly recommended! Thanks.
