The open plan two storey house is very spacious. The house can sleep max 6 people.

Bedroom 1: QUEEN bed +SINGLE sofa bed + air-conditioning + on suite bathroom with bath+ walk in robe.

Bedroom 2: QUEEN bed + air-conditioning + on suite bathroom+ walk in robe.

In the study there is a DOUBLE SOFA BED.

Porta cot available.

The Lounge room has beautiful leather sofa, a flat screen smart T.V with Netflix, stereo and DVD player. The good size office has a printer and wireless broadband connection for unlimitted internet use.

Stainless steel kitchen with dishwasher and a beautiful stone bench top; includes a great cappucino maker!

The dining area has a nice view onto the private courtyard.

There is polished floorboards downstairs and carpet upstairs with lots of natural light in the house.

The laundry is equipped with new washer and dryer.

North Fremantle is a beautiful area located between the sea and the river. Walk across the bridge to Fremantle in 15 minutes! Perth City is 15 min away by car or train.

The train station is an easy 5minute walk from the stylish townhouse. Only 300m away you are on the shore of the Swan River with access to beautiful peaceful walking and bike paths.

There are a great range of restaurants; 5 minutes walk away.

Excellent Location, Beautiful Property

I had a 5 night stay here by myself and found it beautiful thought out, there was nothing lacking in the finishes and I had a thoroughly relaxing time! The location is excellent, especially if you love Fremantle!

Melanie was great to communicate with, and I would strongly recommend this property to Perth locals and visitors alike. It would be an excellent base for visitors as it has everything you could want for a comfortable stay, with a few added bonuses !

Whist offering lots of help, Melanie was not intrusive at all, and for visitors I'm sure she would be a fountain of information on all the best things to do!

I will be back, thanks for a beautiful property: )

Home away from home in a great location

This property has everything you need whilst visiting Freemantle and Perth. The courtyard is ideal for a BBQ on a balmy evening. The kitchen has been stocked with every utensil you would ever need from serving ware to coffee maker and blender. Fresh milk and beautiful flowers were a welcoming and thoughtful touch and the chilled WA wine and chocolates were a perfect surprise too. The location is ideal with restaurants, wine bar and a gourmet burger bar within an easy 5 minute stroll. It takes approximately 5 minutes to drive to the hub of Freemantle and maybe an easy 20 minute drive to Perth. Our party of two couples appreciated the ensuite in each double bedroom. Would highly recommend!

Spacious and bright

My first time in Perth and first time in Australia, I couldn't have chosen better for the location. The North Fremantle train is about 10 min on foot and it takes 25min to go downtown Perth or 5 min. to Fremantle. Quiet area, this house offer space and really nice comfort with plenty of day light, everything was really accessible and the owner was always receptive to us at any time, They also advise us where to go and what to visit and that was really helpful. All I have to say is pretty much just positive on that good rent. Thank you again for this warm welcome and great house service. Regards Sebastien Pilotte

Great place!

This is a beautiful town house. Very spacious. Perfect for a family or a few adult guests. It has all the amenities you need and a clean modern kitchen. If you don't like to cook there are great restaurants and pubs nearby. It's a quiet location. But the closeness to the station means it is easy to go into Perth city. Overall I had a very relaxing time in this modern and comfortable property. I will definitely visit again.

Spacious and well appointed

We were very satisfied with our stay in the North Fremantle Executive Townhouse, the photos don’t do justice, and the house is very spacious and equipped extremely well. The kitchen has more than a usual holiday rental and suit longer bookings. The location is great with enough restaurants within 5 min. walk. We can not fault our stay and would definitely return. Thank you again for your friendliness in welcoming us!

Excellent property!

We were very comfortable in this very spacious townhouse for our stay. We found a lovely wine bar only 5 minutes walking distance with quite and a few restaurants near by. It was also very easy to get to the beach or the river.

The kitchen was very well stocked; there were even fresh flowers on our arrival. We would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and secure stay.
