Lakeside getaway in West Lakes, overlooking reserve with new playground and small lakeside beach only 100 metres away on the rowing basin. Immediately adjacent to West Lakes Shopping Centre, public transport and triathlon venue. Close to restaurants and short drive to coastal beach and golf courses. Address is 71 Brebner Drive but is actually part of Regatta Court, off Brebner Drive.

This apartment (designated # 71) has capacity for up to 6 people, please also refer to other apartment next door (#73) with capacity for up to 6, also on the Stayz web page.

Bedroom Configuration

Traditional home unit with three bedrooms, all upstairs, one with king size bed, and other two bedrooms each have either one or two single beds (maximum capacity is 6). An extra bed is located downstairs in living area.. Airconditioned upstairs and downstairs.

Modern kitchen - elec appliances. Bathroom upstairs. Two toilets. Large washing machine. External clothes line plus optional extra one inside lockup garage - if weather inclement. Also small dryer.

What Is Provided?

Small breakfast starter pack available on arrival. All facilities provided such as pillows and quilts, linen and towels, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, also dishwasher. Unit can be equipped on request with a cot (including linen). Gate for stairs and and hi chair both also available on request. Free Wi-Fi. Common toiletries also provided.

Apartment has lock up garage and is air conditioned separately downstairs and upstairs.
