Lakeside getaway in West Lakes, overlooking reserve with small lakeside beach only 100 metres away on the rowing basin. Immediately adjacent to West Lakes Shopping Centre, public transport and triathlon venue. Close to restaurants and short drive to coastal beach and golf courses. Address is 71 Brebner Drive but is actually part of Regatta Court, off Brebner Drive.

This apartment (designated # 71) has capacity for up to 6 people, please also refer to other apartment next door (#73) with capacity for up to 6, also on the Homeaway/Stayz web page.

Bedroom Configuration

Traditional home unit with three bedrooms, all upstairs, one with king size bed, and other two bedrooms each have either one or two single beds (maximum capacity is 6). An extra bed is located downstairs in living area.. Airconditioned upstairs and downstairs.

Other

Modern kitchen - elec appliances. Bathroom upstairs. Two toilets. Large washing machine. External clothes line plus optional extra one inside lockup garage - if weather inclement. Also small dryer.

What Is Provided?

Small breakfast starter pack available on arrival. All facilities provided such as pillows and quilts, linen and towels, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, also dishwasher. Unit can be equipped on request with a cot (including linen). Gate for stairs and and hi chair both also available on request. Free Wi-Fi. Common toiletries also provided.

Apartment has lock up garage and is air conditioned separately downstairs and upstairs.

Great location. Very easy to find. Close walking distance to shopping centre and eating facilities Had everything we needed. Very clean and tidy. Have stayed at this place before and would definitely stay here again.

Comfort and Convenience

For a recent conference, I was able to book this Holiday Apartment and the one next door, for an overflow of delegates. Everything was within walking distance for them and their comments were very complementary - clean, cosy and so close to all facilities, and the Lake just next door ! Booking process made so easy by the owner.

Location, location, location!

What a brilliant location this apartment offers. With lake views from the back door, friendly ducks in the communal yard, Westfield Shopping Centre and Reading Cinemas over the road and multiple take away options within walking distance, this was the perfect spot for our holiday. Great hosts, great property.

On arrival we were greeted by the accommodation owners,the property was very clean and comfortable and met all our expectations with plenty of bed linen and towels as our stay was for 25 nights over Christmas and New Year.

An excellention property position nearby to shopping, lakeside and buses.

Would highly recommend, many thanks to the owners for our most enjoyable stay, and hope to return again.

This property had everything we needed plus extra special touches thanks to the owners - even down to Tim Tams!! Their service from the moment we booked was hospitable, friendly and professional. In fact we've already booked another weekend there in 2013. Great proximity to the Lake; West Lakes Shopping Centre across the road and 5 minutes from the Lakes Resort Hotel for meals or if guest at a Wedding. Terrific !! Highly recommend.
