Fully self-contained modern home on 1 acre with plenty of space for the family and pets. Walking distance to the Ovens River. Located in Freeburgh hamlet - a short drive (5 mins) to Bright and direct access to Mt Hotham ski fields (45 mins).

Charan Oaks contains:
Bedroom 1. Queen bed, doona, electric blanket, walk-in robe, Ensuite with shower & toilet, iPod clock radio.
Bedroom 2. Two single beds , electric blankets, wardrobe.
Bedroom 3. One double bed with single bunk above (suitable for a child only), both with electric blankets.
Central bathroom & separate toilet with basin.

Kitchen, dining & family. Fully equipped Miele kitchen with fan-forced oven & glass cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator. Dining table to seat 8 and comfy leather lounges for 7 people. LCD HDTV, DVD/CD & stereo. Wood heater in lounge room & reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the house. Full laundry with washing machine & dryer.

Outside. Pergola, outdoor furniture, gas BBQ, fully fenced yard. Two car carport plus lockup garage which can house a further two cars. Table tennis table.

All bedding, linen and towels are supplied.

Pet Friendly - Ideal Holiday Location

Large yard for kids and four legged friends. Yard is fully fenced however it would be possible for smaller dogs and escape artists to get through. All dogs should be monitored.

Well-behaved pets allowed indoors but not on furniture or in bedrooms. Direct gate access to private bushland.

Large outdoor pergola with gas BBQ for entertaining.

Close to the beautiful Alpine towns of Bright & Harrietville. Spring & Autumn festivals. Skiing, cycling, Hot Rods, fishing, swimming, horseriding, bushwalking, golf. The list goes on! 5 min drive to Bright where you will find fantastic boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and family entertainment.

Quiet spot just out of Bright
Lovely property for our family to stay. Great sized rooms and plenty of outside space for the kids. Would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful setting
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Charan Oaks. The house is a little way out of Bright in a nice, quiet setting. All necessary comforts provided.

Lovely relaxing stay
We stayed here with my parents, husband and 2 teens (and dog) and really enjoyed our time. The lounge and dining area is large enough for everyone to relax and made a lovely and toasty by the wood fired heater. Everything was as described and I'd definitely recommend this place.
