The apartment boasts 3 good sized bedrooms, master with king-sized bed and ensuite, and two other rooms containing queen beds. There is also a single bed in a small 4th bedroom for extra person if required (please note this room is not air-conditioned). Fully equipped kitchen with granite benchtops, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and cupboards filled with a selection of electrical appliances. For the 'king of the grill' there awaits a four burner gas BBQ on your outdoor patio set up and raring to cook all the culinary delights you can muster. Then sit back and relax taking in the stunning ocean views whilst dinning outside on your succulent feast and watching the sun set in the distance.

The spacious indoor dining and lounge areas are sufficient to cater the largest of families (dinning seats 8) or group of travel buddies. The lounge houses Flat Screen TV with Foxtel and DVD player.

Even visiting Darwin in its most 'warmest' of times is a breeze, with the entire apartment furnished with split system air-conditioning throughout......there's no fight here over who gets the room with only a fan! Or why not simply open house and allow the cool coastal breezes to flow through.

The complex is secured with electric gate entry and parking sufficient for 2 cars or car and small boat (parked in tandem).

We are located on the ground level and are considered WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. Ideal for guests who may have limited mobility however FULL DEPENDANCY wheelchair requirements may have some limitations. PLEASE CONTACT OWNERS DIRECT TO DISCUSS.

What we provide...

Upon arrival you'll be greeted with our complimentary selection of goodies to start you off. So really, there's no need to make that quick dash to the shops the moment you arrive. Instead, kick back, relax a little and take in the views with a cold drink and a few nibbles.

All bedding and linen is supplied including pillows, sheets, blankets, and towels. The apartment contains an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer, but for those with extended stays we have allowed for extra linen to be provided for your convenience.

All crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, and electrical appliances (including microwave) are provided. Oh, and don't forget the gas barbie on the front patio! Basic pantry items such as rice, pasta, flour, sauces, herbs & spices are well stocked.

What's close by...

The beach, of course! Just across the road (any closer and we'd be a houseboat). There's a walking/biking track lined with manicured gardens and palms encompassing spectacular ocean views and following the coast line for miles.

Follow the track in one direction to Nightcliff's favourite "local pub" the Beachfront. Here you can indulge in a few thirst quenching ales, have a game of pool, or take advantage of the relaxing deck bar area with alfresco dining.

Walk a couple of minutes in the other direction and you can experience Nightcliff’s very own oceanfront public pool the "Nightcliff Aquatic Centre". Fabulously set up for kids and adults alike. A quick skip across the road from the pool is a couple of tennis courts. Just around the corner from there is the local Aralia Street shopping centre with deli, hairdresser, Thai restaurant, gourmet fish n chip shop, and plenty more.

Further down the path is the wonderful Nightcliff Jetty which makes for a fabulous fishing spot (albeit you could simply wander across the road from the apartment and try your luck off the rocks to your left).

Public transport is within easy walking distance ((Maps and schedules provided upon arrival).

Within a 5 kilometre radius there's an abundance of convenience stores, various takeaway venues, bowling alley, Markets, video stores, coffee shops, and restaurants- just to name a few! Plenty to keep you occupied.

Darwin Airport is a mere 6kms away and we're only 12kms to the CBD.
