Why Lee Leavell (Office Manager) chose Key West

Had difficulty locating rentals on the water in Key West. Vacationed in this area much of my life, Maintenance, and cleaning is handled from Key West by a professional staff.

What makes this house boat unique

Luxury is the key term here. Everything is first class, and much more than most people expect. The biggest benefit to this location is the sunrise and sunset at the Tiki Hut. Lets not forget that we are minutes from downtown Key west.

The pleasure was all ours. The owners goal is to provide more on the water rental to people who simply want to enjoy lifes luxuries. We cannot take credit for the view nor the picturesque sunsets, however, the houseboat was pulled out for maintenance in March 2012 and painted underneath. We also installed a brand new Hot Tub for everyones pleasure.

We wanted to stay forever!

The houseboat was wonderful! way bigger than we needed for just my boyfriend and I with three full bedrooms, but it was so great to have all the comforts of home on vacation. The Harbor and its facilities were really nice. The heated pool, with a pool bar that would be you drinks poolside, was a really nice way to spend the afternoons.

We enjoyed the upper deck the most. Between the hot tub the sunshine and the breezes we sat up there for hours just watching the boats go in and out and free airshow of all the navy planes going past. The harbor was also really quiet and private even though the boats are all so close we felt we had the place all to ourselves. The location is close enough to get out and go to restaurants or Key West with little more than a scooter, but far enough that we didn't feel obligated to do so. We had the perfect Do-Nothing vacation and enjoyed it so much that we bought lottery tickets as soon as we got home so we can live the dream of every day being like the days we had on the Not Big Enough. Thank you Lee and Brett for helping us have the best vacation.

Glad We Stayed

We vacationed in early March with our 20 and 23 yr sons that love to fish. Unfortunately it was very windy and fishing was not the greatest however there was plenty to do. Prior to booking I struggled with us either staying here our in a Condo closer to Duval street. I am very happy with our choice. It may have been the time of the year but Key West was packed and had a very tourist feel. We enjoyed seeing the sites then returning to the boat to relax in hot tub or sit on decks to talk. There was plenty of room for us to separate from them also so they had their own space. The boat was as described and did not disappoint. We however spent most time sitting outdoors. Great family vacation (tv and laptops were not turned on once). Also surprisingly Stock Island had some good restaurants. We liked the Italian for wings and pizza, Daulphin deli for sandwiches (carry out) for lunch, and the French Bakery for pastries in the morning. Marina was clean and it was nice to have drinks and appetizers before heading out. There was also a grill on boat were the boys could cook the fish they caught. We are glad we stayed here and recommend it to others.

Spacious, unique lodging in a great location, close to Key West!

Our family of 5 adults loved staying on this houseboat. The marina is absolutely beautiful and peaceful, located just minutes from all of the Key West main attractions. The kitchen is wonderful for preparing meals and we LOVED the top deck for sunbathing, sitting in the hot tub and watching the Navy planes zoom by overhead. Everything was fabulous!

Unique experience

Our stay on "Not Big Enough" was awesome. Accomodations were great and the only thing we noticed was a little mold in the shower off hallway. Clothes dryer was not working properly but we managed. Guest should be forwarned about the area you drive through before entering the marina. It made us a little anxious in the evening hours. Unique experience and beautiful yatch club and marina!
