FILTHY HOUSE

The house very obviously has not been cleaned in a long time. They clearly depend on the guests to clean the house (even though they charge a cleaning fee). Messaged host about the filth, roaches, ants, toenail clippings on the floor etc (including pics !!) with no response. There are holes punched in 2 doors, pubic hair all over the bathroom and there was even something spilled down the bedroom wall and all over the floor. The only way I would stay here again is if I were in a coffin.

Short vacation

Thanks to Nile the landlord was there when we needed him to replace broken tv. Very next day was done. Nice to talk with him. Clean house very convenient to all the stores. Coffee shop . Gas station super market. Restaurant-bar ice cream shop Old fashion hardware store.all in waking distance.

Great middle location for seeing sights!

Property was perfectly located for traveling. Host was helpful and kind. Firewood provided for firepit which was thoughtful. Property should just be listed for sleeps 2 because the sofa bed is unacceptable for 2 adults. We ended up sleeping on the floor bc we felt the pullout would collapse at any moment. Might work better for one child but definitely not adults.

Great Stay

My wife and I had a great stay in Cedar, MI at this cozy home. The owner was very helpful and courteous. The home was clean, well furnished and nicely located with a large area to park our truck and boat. I recommend this place and will rent again.
