A secured private rear courtyard plus a open front paved courtyard. Keypad armed security system. Lock up single car garage plus a front paved open car bay adjacent to the entrance door and extra parking in front courtyard suitable for small caravan or trailer. Foxtel dish television connected and you can also connect to the Internet wifi if you bring your own wireless laptop. Great Home Away From Home

Queens Cres suited our purposes and felt like our home away from home. The location is great and the owner very responsive and friendly. We would be happy to stay there again. There is plenty of space for kids to play inside and outside the property.

Thanks Stuart for letting us stay the extra night. Comfy stay, very well situated and lovely and quite. It would be helpful if there was a folder with instructions for the things like the oven and the hot water boost. Hope you had a good vaction!

we had a marvellous stay at 50 Queens Crescent, Mount Lawley. It is an excellent property in a great location with all amenities, including child's playground, shopes, bars and restaurant in walking distance. Good for families.

We stayed at this property for a month. It is ideally situated being only a short walk to Beaufort Street where you can find supermarkets, pharmacy, bakeries, numerous restaurants serving a wide variety of cuisine, bars and takeaways. The bus service runs every couple of minutes into Perth city. You can also walk into the city which takes about 30 minutes, or jump the free blue cat bus from Aberdeen Street. The house is very well equipped and extremely comfortable. The free Wi-Fi is a big plus as is the foxtel television service. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this property.
