BEACH PORT is a modern 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment featuring good sized lounge room with leather seating, 4 seat dining table, Large TV, WiFi, iPod dock & stereo, air-conditioning & private car parking. The apartment is suited for a small family get away, individuals or groups looking to use it as a base to explore or work in Melbourne.

The main bedroom has 1x queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. We are also children friendly and provide a portable cot and high chair at no additional charge.

The small modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, grill, microwave, large fridge and modern cooking appliances. All plates, cutlery, crockery and glasses are provided.

Cook your meals 3 times a day and entertain as if you were in your own home. Save time and money on dining out or paying high prices charged normally in hotels and restaurants.

The STANDARD rate advertised is based on 1 guest during off peak or non special event dates. There is an extra charge of $ 60 AUD per extra guest/ per night. Enquiries for accommodation less than 7 days or that fall during peak season or special events will be quoted based on availability & the number of guests requested.

The property is for accommodation purposes only, no functions, gatherings or events are to be held at anytime. The number of people at the property cannot exceed maximum capacity advertised. If you have questions regarding this, please confirm with Serviced Houses prior to booking.

A pre-authorised PROPERTY BOND of $250 is required on the day of check in. As there is no Management on site, Credit card details must be supplied for this purpose when requested. Provided there no additional charges/fees have been incurred, the bond is released by your bank within five (5) business days following your stay. Deductions may be made for the repair or replacement of damaged, lost or stolen property; excessive cleaning fees and lost keys.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the total monies paid.

Cancellation made 30 or more days prior to arrival will incur a minimum of 1 nights' accommodation/cancellation fee to cover loss of booking income and administration.

Special Events or Peak Season bookings - Cancellation made less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit the total monies paid. Any cancellations made after 1 week of booking will incur a minimum of 1 nights' accommodation-cancellation fee to cover loss of booking income and administration.

Spacious living area

Spacious living area, close to the city shops and beach although you need to drive a short distance it isn't hard. The blinds in the bedroom let in too much light, shower is hard to get into and if you are over a ladies size 12-14 you probably won't be able to get into it as the opening is tiny. Parking is available but it's on a first in best dressed basis. You can park in the narrow street close to apartment. Aircon worked well which was great as it was hot.

Clean spacious and good location

Nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness, loved everything besides the rules were a little bit daunting.

They were strict, right down to making sure rubbish bags are tied and no loose objects to be put into bins, and all rubbish must be in bags

Am quite scared to see if I get my refundable deposit back.

Other than that, no complaints :)

Holiday home

We enjoyed our stay as the house is well maintained and equipped with the essentials. Location is good with access to shops and amenities in the suburbs or town.

For consideration:

1. To put name of the house in the contract details as the house no. was not shown on the property and we had to guess if we arrived at the correct house.

2. A washing machine would have been a nice provision.

3. Replace the air-con in the living room with one that is quieter and more effective in warming the room.
