About the property

Seaside Manor (circa 1913) is perfectly located in the heart of Glenelg, just a few paces from bustling Jetty Road and the beautiful white sands of Glenelg beach. The Glenelg shopping precinct offers excellent retail shopping including restaurants, hotels, historic attractions, golf and sporting facilities making Glenelg an exciting place to stay. Two Supermarkets are within walking distance of the Manor, and the bus stops just around the corner taking you to Marion Shopping Centre and Harbour Town Factory Outlet. A 1/2 minute walk takes you to the Historic Glenelg Tram which will deliver you directly into the Adelaide City Centre.

SeaSide Manor has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. A very large and inviting home with high ceilings and extremely large rooms, you will find plenty of space for all occupants.

Housing 5 bedrooms, one Lounge room, a very large kitchen and dining room, 2 bathrooms & laundry. It also has undercover off street parking with rear access for two small vehicles (or one large) and a Residential permit parking out the front of the property.

Each bedroom has been tastefully decorated with crisp white linen and furnishings to complement the era of the home.

Quality linen and towels are provided, with King size quilts on all Queen beds to add that extra comfort.

The kitchen provides a double drawer dishwasher and roomy 510 litre fridge for all your holiday catering needs.

The lounge has a large gas heater which heats the downstairs area, together with a R/C Split system in the kitchen/dining area. The downstairs bedroom is equipped with a cozy column oil heater, together with electric blankets on all Queen Size beds. Upstairs is a R/C Ducted Air Conditioning system which flows throughout the house.

A small amenity pack is provided, which includes for the kitchen - coffee, tea, sugar, milk, and for the bathrooms - soaps, shampoo and showercap for your convenience.

We also supply dish and laundry detergent for your use.

The property is Non-Smoking, however suitable outdoor areas are available if required.


SeaSide Manor boasts five large bedrooms, 4 situated upstairs and one downstairs. Easily sleeping 11 adults, the configuration is as follows:

The Master Bedroom is very roomy with it's own balcony and through the french doors, views of the Glenelg beach. It has a lovely marble fireplace and stately Queen Size Sleigh bed and matching suite.

Two other large Bedrooms with Queen Size beds are also located upstairs, each with their own character and fireplaces.

The 4th upstairs bedroom sleeps 3 and is fitted with a bunk and trundle bed. The room is more suited for children, but can be used by adults if required.

The 5th bedroom located on the ground floor, houses another Queen size bed and matching suite, as well an another beautiful fireplace.

A quality rollaway bed is also available for a 12th guest (or for separate sleeping if required), and two portacots are also available for guest use. (we simply ask that you provide your own linen for the cots as we have found most guests prefer this)


SeaSide Manor is a short 10 minute drive from the Adelaide International Airport, which makes for a very economical Taxi fare if required. A Taxi rank is just around the corner on Elizabeth St, which along with the Tram ride into the City may eliminate the need for a hire vehicle!!

Everything you need for a relaxing, self sufficient holiday in one of the most popular beachside holiday destinations in South Australia, is within easy walking distance of SeaSide Manor!

So close to everything

So close to the beach and ships located in a quiet street there was plenty off room. For us all the weather was cold but the heating downstairs and upstairs was great so convenient than you

Perfect in many ways

SeaSide Manor was perfect for our stay. So easy to utilize public transport to get around. On the doorstep of Glenelg and Jetty Rd it was great to come back each day and relax at the beach and take advantage of all the cafes and restaurants. SeaSide Manor was well presented and relaxing.
