If you are looking for a sophisticated home in the most impressive of inner-city positions, this stunning 4 bedroom 3 bathroom town-style residence boasts a delightful northern orientation and al fresco flow from its open-plan living to a huge deck with views to the city and MCG. The location ensures easy enjoyment of Swan Street and puts Richmond station, Yarra Park, MCG, Tennis centre and the city within easy walking distance.

The open plan living zone on the second floor ensures you have a fabulous environment to eat, watch TV and enjoy a BBQ on the alfresco deck. The large ‘chefs’ kitchen has Miele appliances and stone benchtops, while the dining and lounge area comfortably seats 8 people.

The top floor offers a fabulous master bedroom with a huge glass window picture framing superb urban views over Richmond Hill, a walk through robe and ensuite that will delight you. The other two bedrooms on this floor are serviced by a modern central bathroom with a bath and shower.

The entrance of the property on the lower level opens to polished concrete floors with a bedroom that has doors that slide back into partition walls to make it an open plan suite with its own split system, TV, lounge and is accompanied by its own bathroom. The double garage is also located on the lower level.

The property has ducted heating and cooling in the upper two levels with the lower level having its own split system. There is free Foxtel, WIFI and local telephone calls to top it all off.
