This 3 bedroom apartment is in a block of only 3 and has A/C and on the 1st level.

It has a balcony out from the lounge which over looks the street and catches the sea breezes.

There are 3 bedrooms - all large with built in cupboards. The main bedroom and second bedroom have queen beds, and the third has two king singles. All bed linen and bath towels are provided.

The open planned apartment has a family sized kitchen which contains a large fridge, a dishwasher, stove and microwave and lots of cupboards and benchtop area.

Cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are also provided. We also offer, free use of high chairs, porta-cots and pram/stroller.

The laundry is located downstairs with ample drying lines on both sides of the building. There is space for off street parking in front of the complex.

No need to use the car and it's only 150mts to the patrolled beach. Mooloolaba is a north facing beach so is extremely safe. There are some rock pools on the northern end of the beach which is wonderful for small children. There is a bus taking you north and south, just around the corner. This property is in a small block of three and is the perfect place to relax and unwind and enjoy your holiday.

In one direction just a few minutes walk away, you have the beautiful Mooloolaba beach and the esplanade with great shopping, plus wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and surf club. Just a short stroll in another direction is the Coles shopping complex with pharmacy, bakery, newsagent, bottle shop and hotel. Underwater World and the Wharf with its shops, cafe's and hotel is also a few minutes walk and there is a bus to Australia Zoo from River Esplanade each morning.

At the end of Parkyn Pde is where the fishing boats come in so there are lots of shops where you can purchase your fresh seafood or enjoy it cooked and eat there or take across the road to the park.

For those that wish to use the car it's only a 40min drive to Noosa and its busy shopping strip. A wonderful day could also be had in the mountains, visiting the fantastic shops of Montville and areas and enjoying the spectacular views to the coast.

Clean, spacious and comfortable

We stayed in apartment 1 - on the ground floor. The space was fantastic, especially the backyard! The rooms were large and the beds and linen very comfortable.

Maureen could not have been more accommodating providing high chairs for our little ones and tending to any problems immediately!

There was also lots of toys which was most appreciated!

There was plenty of space for two families (including three kids).

The location was fantastic too.

Would highly recommend.
