THE VIEW
The condo is located on the second floor and is accessible by elevator and stairs and faces east into the gardens. There is no ocean view in the condo but the luxurious interior more than makes up for the lack of an ocean view and the excellent location of the complex itself puts you just a short walk through the complex to relax on the beach.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and comes fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to create any of your favorite vacation foods right from the comfort of your own condo. The dining area has a small table with seating for 4 as well as 4 spots at the bar.

LIVING AREAS
G202 is furnished to comfortably house 4 with a large sofa-sleeper, a love seat, and a La-Z-Boy recliner. The living room also has a flat-screen TV with a Blu-Ray/DVD player that you can also use to watch the cable TV with 250+ channels. High-speed cable internet is also included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - the living room has a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

The bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom and has a walk-in shower with a separate dual sink vanity area.

SLEEPING
G202 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a flat-screen TV with cable and DVD capabilities. Additional sleeping arrangements are found in the living room where there is a king-sized sofa sleeper.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

LOCAL AREA
G202 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
