The harbour and jetty are walking distance for some fishing or strolling around and taking in the views. Restaurants, shopping centres, banks and Town Hall Theatre are all walking distance.

Middleton Beach and the Albany Golf Course are only a 5 minute drive away.

The apartment is walking distance to the original main street of Albany called Stirling Terrace where there are many old historical buildings. Also walking distance to Anzac Park, Historical churches, The Old Goal, Albany Museum, The Foot Bridge and 250m to Princess Royal Harbour with magnificent views.

In the heart of the City, the apartment is upper level of a ladies fashion store. The apartment has 2 very large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets and the apartment is approx. 220sqm of living space!

The kitchen is huge and with an island cooking bench, ample cupboards, large family size fridgefreezer, oven and microwave. All pots and utensils are provided. Large dining area and huge lounge room with leather recliner lounge suite and the lounge room has access to a balcony that has views to the harbour, mountains and the city centre.

Ceiling fans to all rooms and portable heaters to all rooms. Large washing machine,dryer, iron & iron board. Lock up garage for one car. A high standard of cleanliness is always maintained.

Main bedroom is large and has king bed,ensuite with hairdryer, couch with wall to wall wardrobe and dressing table.

2nd bedroom is also large with 1 queen and 1 double bed, couch and large wardrobe.

Folder bed provided for extra person. All linen and towels provided.Quality beds.

Suited for families, couples, corporate business and overseas visitors.

Short term accommodation for 2 months or less

Minimum stay applies to various time of the seasons.

Shorter stays (other than the minimum night policy) are possible where there are "gaps" of gests arriving/departing.
