The remote controlled garage off the second living area with glass sliding doors offers an optional safe play area for kids and is equipped with toys and games table. Or it can be used as secure car lock up.

The balcony off the main bedroom affords sunset views over the prestigeous Raby Bay canal residential precinct with views of moored boats.

There is off street under cover parking for 2 cars in total and there is plenty of parking on the adjacent streets.

You can walk to the Ferry to Stradbroke Island around the corner.

Accommodating up to 6 people, the townhouse is well located at the start of Cleveland Point in the sought after area of Oyster Point. Bay breezes mean that you will rarely need the reverse cycle air-conditioning or fans provided.

A feature atrium off the dining room and kitchen along with the secure breezeway and courtyard means that the property always has fresh air flowing whilst being secure.

A fully equipped laundry/utility room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board makes your stay easy with plenty of drying lines for pool/beach towels.

An outdoor courtyard with BBQ and outdoor furniture and umbrella makes for easy outdoor living.

The townhouse is in a small complex of 14 with a communal pool. Beach/Pool towels are provided.

2 minutes walk to foreshore, picnic area, playground.

Don't feel like cooking? A minutes walk takes you to the large RSL club, and around the corner to cafe, take-aways, convenience store, Day Spa or modern RSL. The historical family friendly Grandview Hotel is a short walk 200m away as is the Raby Bay Marina with many restaurants and bars.

Rates are for 4 persons for non peak periods. Additional persons can be accommodated up to 6. No "Schoolies" or all teenage groups. All adult groups would contact owner for rates and conditions of stay.

Northview is exceptionally well located and well appointed and the complex is well loved by owners, so consideration of every-one's enjoyment of the property is requested.

Whether arriving by plane or driving, NORTHVIEW is easy to find- just get on the Mortorway and turn off at Old Cleveland Road and continue on. No need to navigate the city.

As is common in QLD properties, air-conditioning is in the Main Bedroom and Living areas which, with fans services the downstairs living area. Bedrooms 2 & 3 and Mezzanine have fans. Most of the time, the location and design of the townhouse facilitates generous breezes with the breezeway and atrium facilitating breezes throughout the property and full air-conditioning is not necessary.

Enjoy the bay-side playground of Cleveland Point close to Ormiston, Thornlands, Wellington Point
