All tea, coffee, toiletries, washing and cleaning products and other welcome supplies can be found in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. You will need to purchase more of these consumables if you need them for the rest of your stay.

We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We generally check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.

Full directions & instructions on how to access your apartment will be provided once your booking is confirmed with StayCentral. Also, if you only travel on the trams within the city grid, it's free, and you don't need a Myki card.

Very early and late arrivals require the following fees to have someone there at these times:

6:00am - 9:30am & 6:00pm - 9:00pm will be charged at $25.00; 9:00pm - 6am will be charged at $60.00

Very early check-in can only be secured well in advance by either booking the night before, or by paying an extra half-day rate; depending on the time of arrival.


Fantastic apartment: everything you need and more for a relaxing stay. A fully-equipped kitchen made the transition for us and our young son after being overseas for 5.5 years much easier. Super-comfy beds, brilliant location, excellent value for money, and helpful service from the owner. I couldn't recommend it highly enough.


Fantastic fuss access via tram, cab, or your own off street parking! extended our stay and tried to extend again! with a handfull of the best artists from around the world with me, we were all extremely pleased with our little find in Brunswick! definitely be back!

The Vibe was a great surprise during a hectic work schedule. Comfortable with everything you need - well equipped kitchen with 6 of everything, spacious bedrooms, ample room to set up the mini office and not trip over each other! Tram stop to city right outside, restaurants and supermarket about 100metres down the road, secure off street parking (for no extra charge). Surprised how quiet it was and how close to the city. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient Location and Comfortable beds

In general this is a nice apartment but without front screen door or fly screens it lacks fresh air and air flow but does have air conditioners. The kitchen cupboards need to be emptied out, everything cleaned properly, decluttered and packed away neatly. Noisy bathroom exhaust fan that is sensor activated by movement in hallway is annoying when trying to sleep.

Great park down the road for exercise or running your dog. Barkly Square just a short walk away.

Owner's Response: I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. We have never had anyone ask about fly screens on the windows and doors but I will look into this, as other people may like to have these as well. I'm glad you enjoyed the aircon in every room though, as you had temperatures up to 32 degrees during your stay, and it would have been very hot and stuffy with the windows open. Hopefully we will have fly screens on enough of the windows to allow fresh air to flow through the apartment, for those who prefer this to the aircon. It looks like the cleaners have missed going through the cupboards and drawers properly. I'm sorry about that. They normally do a great job. This will certainly be discussed with them. I wish you had told me about this when you noticed it. I would have sent them over straight away to fix this. You are right about the sensor in the bathroom. We actually had the electrician organised to come over on the morning of your arrival to replace the unit with a more sophisticated, narrow beam unit to solve this problem, but they were held up at the last minute. The simple solution in the meantime has been to simply close the bathroom door to stop the sensor activating when you walk past. This new unit will definitely be installed this week. I'm sorry we couldn't get it in there before you arrived. Princes Park and Royal Park are certainly very close and massive. I'm glad you got to enjoy at least one of them whilst you were there. Likewise, the apartment is so close to the shopping centre, cafes, restaurants and the trams. Everything you could need is certainly just a short walk away. Please check with us the next time you want to stay in Melbourne, as we have multiple apartments all around inner Melbourne. We may have fly screens on this apartment shortly, but you may prefer to try one of our other apartments in a different location. I look forward to assisting you on your next visit.

This is just one on many locations we have around inner Melbourne, but you are right; it has everything you could need, and is very comfortable. The apartment is certainly in a great location; so close to the shopping centre, cafes, restaurants and the trams. Everything you could need is certainly just a short walk away. The regular, fast trams just out the front are also brilliant for getting into the city at a minute's notice.

We really enjoyed the convenience of being in Brunswick, close proximity to fabulous Sydney rd and Lygon st - food heaven. Did not use the car as property is really convenient to trams but quiet. Property has everything one could want (home away from home) - will definitely stay here in the future.
