A short drive to Cowes centre (approx 4/5 min drive) & close to some of Victoria's best surf beaches. Including a large outdoor entertaining area on the second level with outdoor dining and BBQ. On the ground level is a powerful ultima endless relaxer spa (max 6 people) and outdoor shower adjacent to large landscaped garden. Lovely quiet and secluded bay beach a short stroll away.
Take the whole family & friends, including the dog (strictly outside only and removal of dog waste before exiting premises is a must) Including a large driveway and carport. The property is fully fenced with high fences and front gates.
On the north-east tip of Phillip Island, Rhyll is home to the beautiful wetlands and is also a focal point for life and sport on the water. The boat ramp, jetties, yacht and angling clubs and the sailing school allow individuals of all ages and levels of experience to access fishing and boating on the inlet. Trout fishing is also possible at the Rhyll Fishing Park.
If you are more inclined to remain dry, a winery, restaurants and cafes, and beautiful nature walks can be easily enjoyed in Rhyll.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and loss of bond?.
Additional visitors are not permitted above and beyond those initially declared.
Excess vehicles are not permitted, general ratio is one car per every two people maximum. Boats, jetski's, caravans may be permitted but must be mentioned at the time of confirmation.
Please - STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE.
PETS: Pets are allowed but must have been mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet ie type/breed must be given. Please be aware that pets are to be left strictly outside only, if the cleaner finds evidence that pets have been inside (hair), there will be an extra cleaning charge. (please ignore this if you have not organised to bring your dog).
* Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.
* If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.

Weekend and Long weekend Stays may be allocated a late checkout which will be subject to change. If another booking booking comes into the property on the day of your checkout the checkout time will be reverted to the standard checkout time of 10am.
HomeAway/Stayz online bookings will charge a SERVICE FEE. This fee is not paid to us as the owners and is a charge made independently by the HomeAway/Stayz online payment booking system.
